I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes earlier as requested. However, others arrived much later than I did and somehow there were several people being called in before me and I seemed to have been called last. It would have been nice for the receptionist to inform me as to the reason why I had to wait since long to be called without me having to find out why after I was finally called in that the Doctor was running behind schedule. She never said anything to reassure me that I would be called in eventually or that the other people had earlier appointments times than me or that they were seeing a different doctor. Just out of courtesy she could have done that. However, she didn't seem to friendly. Otherwise, my visit was okay.

She was great at explaining everything to me. She seems dismissive at first but after listening and asking questions, she explained that she's from up north. I did let her know what I read in previous reviews regarding her tone and being dismissive. Overall, she was very informative and I can't wait to start my journey with her

My visit was great. Dr Goode is always kind and listens to my concerns and takes time with me. She doesn't just rush through my visit!

I have no suggestions at this time. Dr Goode and her staff were wonderful. Dr. Goode was patient and attentive. She throughly answered every question my child asked.

I don't feel there is more to ask for, just keep the staff happy so they will stay. I hope to see them for a long time. I can say the doctor / people that did my nerve study a few years ago failed to upload the test results, and no one answers the phone in that office.

I've been seeing Dr. Goode for 5+ years. She is an amazing physician who cares about her patients and doesn't mind explaining all treatment options available. She's compassionate and doesn't rush through her patients.

This was my first visit with this provider, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Both the provider and the nurse seemed irritated and were not courteous. The provider did not make me feel comfortable, which was especially concerning given that I was there for a pap exam. I am considering canceling my next appointment and finding a new provider who creates a more welcoming and respectful environment.

I was really looking forward to care from this doctor, but I found her bedside manner to be very poor. She has an unwelcoming, brusque demeanor which made me feel like I couldn't ask as many questions as I liked.

This visit was by far the best obgyn visit I ever had. Dr. Goode and the office staff were kind compassionate and knowledgeable about my care and Dr Goode listened to my concerns and explained. Im grateful for my experience and Im looking forward to continuing care with Dr.Goode.

Please fix the leaking window. It was letting in rain and coldness. They tried to make it usable but it seems a little disrespectful to Dr Goode and her patients.

It was a great visit - no suggestions at this time for care. However, it would be very helpful to have the parking garage code texted after confirmation text perhaps. It was difficult to find parking

This is not to say about providing support or trust or respect. I already had all that. So I hope I've impressed the incorrect button, but Dr. Goode was excellent, had great care, great interaction, professional, positive interaction. So it went very, very well. I'm very pleased with her and I look forward to continuing with her. She was engaged. She listened to me. She was respectful. provided me opportunity to ask questions, and she was able to allow me to just go over anything that I might have any thoughts on. So we had a very good interaction. So I think I may have pressed the wrong button on that other question. I'm not sure. But everything was treated fairly. Everything went well. So please make sure that that's accurately stated or reflected. And if you need to call me to make sure that known.

Dr. Goode needs to work on her professionalism and her face. Rolling her eyes at a patient, multiple times, and making them feel like their concerns are insignificant and just dismissing them was arrogant and unprofessional to say the least. She also made the comment about how important annual checkups yet did not do one thing to justify an annual checkup visit. When insurance companies will only pay for 1 well visit a year, which included seeing your family practice physician, why would anyone go to the gynecologist who does nothing for their overall health. If Pap smears are only recommended every 3 years then it should be completely justifiable to only visit that often if nothing more is done at a visit. Not sure how she can even document as assessment when all she did was talk to me for 10 minutes. I will be finding a new provider.

I felt respected, heard and supported during my visit so I don't feel any changes are required.

Everything was done accordingly. I am well pleased with this practice. Doctor Goode and her staff are a great practice and I will continue being a patient there!

Support, trust and respect was great. Every staff I met on this my first visit was pleasant.

I do feel that the provider and the nursing staff and the check-in people were very professional and courteous and helpful, 100%. I do still have medical issues, but that's just going to take time for us to figure out, unfortunately. And that's not their fault. I feel like the communication was good. However, there was one incident that I think we're going to get cleared up. I feel like we're going to be able to get cleared up. communication, something I told the nurse that I forgot to tell the doctor and maybe she doesn't know about it and I will find out in a few days, but I feel like the staff was fantastic and as someone who has been bounced from doctor to doctor to doctor and has had a lot of experience with doctors and who works in the medical field, they did an excellent job.

The staff and Dr.Goode always provide excellent service.

Dr Goode listens to issues and gives options for consideration without being pushy. Makes sure know how to get in touch to follow up with choices once have left office visit.

An overall good experience. Upon being called to the back I greeted the nurse and she didn't respond back. The nurse seem to just do her part and nothing extra. She didn't seem personable in my opinion. However, Dr. Goode was wonderful.
