Communication between the Prisma nurse and assistant living staff. If the information sent by assistant living staff was not clear, it would have been helpful if the Prisma nurse reached out for clarification. A notification of a medical issue needs to be reviewed timely and understood clearly. The patient's condition could have been treated more quickly and effectively.

There are none. Every experience with Kimberly has been excellent, informative and professional in support and follow up.

I have absolutely no complaints about Kim Downey or her nurse bill. I've always been treated with great respect and care and the level of service I get is awesome. I always feel better when I leave and I just appreciate her care and concern for me and the time she takes for me. So never a complaint for either one of them. They're always the best.
