We waited for almost an hour in the exam room.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/1/2026
From when we arrived to when we left everyone that we encountered was just exceptional.

Everything was fine

I feel like more time should be taken with the patient and parent. A timer was set and it was really quick and short. After a major pediatric surgery, I do not feel like appointments that are so far apart should be rushed. I feel like each stage of this process is super rushed, we were actually rushed out of the hospital the day of surgery..... before the medication was out of my child system. It seems that our time is not nearly as honored as the care givers. We are left to wait in reception well beyond our appointment times and then we are rushed.

The wait time between nurse and doctor in the room was approximately 1 hour.

Everyone has been great. We so appreciate the staff and Dr. NATHE at this office.

I feel like the overall visit can be improved if we the the clients didn't have to wait so long to be seen by the provider

The telephone service, answering service, and being able to make an appointment, correct an appointment, change an appointment, or anything having to do with the telephone services needs to be corrected or improved. Thank you.

Nothing could have been different. Our visit with Dr. Nathe exceeded our expectations wildly. She was fantastic, answered all of our questions, and made the visit really amazing for me and my kids that were both with me. She was a fantastic doctor and we will always see her in the future. She was amazing.

The services was good. I put two because I thought it was a yes or no. But come to find out it's more. So they did an outstanding job. Thank you.

We waited a very long time in a waiting room, so it would have been nice to be seen when the appointment was supposed to be.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/23/2025
We waited for an hour and a half before we saw the doctor. Even though two others saw us before the doctor, the wait was unacceptable.

I can't think of anything that would have improved an already amazing experience!

We arrive early to the appointment and the wait time was longer than usual.

Was kind to her.

We waited quite a bit longer than expected to be seen so our baby was fine for the first thirty minutes of waiting but then got really fussy and it made the appointment more difficult when we actually did see the provider.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/19/2025
Staff could be more understanding, sensitive and not so rude.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/15/2025
It would have been nice to not have such a long wait. We arrived a few minutes early for our appointment and 55 minutes later, we still had not been seen. So it would have been nice to have a shorter wait. Thank you.

I completely trust and respect the physician and am very happy with the care and referrals we received. It is very encouraging.

When checking out, the receptionist was very rude. She was having a conversation with a co-worker while checking us out. She never made eye contact or told us to have a great day. Her customer service was awful and if it was my place of business she would have been fired. Make each customer feel important and engage with them. Her conversation could have waited.

We got here at 3pm for a 310 appt. Did not see doctor until 420pm. Every time we go to this practice, we wait over an hour. The only practice this happens at. Not acceptable. We likened Nathe but we may not return as this seems to be the norm.

We were treated very good. Very impressed with the doctor and her staff. Very happy that she was able to take Jordan as a patient.

I've left 2 messages the next day to schedule my daughter's surgery. No call back. I will call again 1st thing in the morning.

The x ray was done before they knew the exact location of the injury. When the doctor came in she looked at them and stated they did not xray the exact area of the injury. She did ab exam to determine the injury. During the exam she excused herself to take a call when she got an alert on her phone. She was gone for 12 minutes. I feel She was distracted and the x ray should have been done properly. We are still concerned ans need to schedule another appointment.

We did have to wait an hour and 15 minutes after our appointment time before we were put in the in the room. So that was a little annoying, but things happen.

Let me know what nurse I could follow up with if I have questions.

No other way everything was well

Upon arrival, my child and I waited over an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor. Also, the doctor looked extremely overwhelmed and tired, where I felt like, are they giving him the best treatment? Because she just looked so tired and overwhelmed, probably from seeing so many patients during the day.

It will be helpful. We waited an hour over an hour and a half for an appointment. It will be helpful for them to let us know when the provider is running behind. So you don't have to keep walking to the front desk asking, you know, when will we be seen or anything like that. And I do understand things do happen and providers do get behind, but it will be courteous to let the parents know. Thank you.

No concerns everything was done as i like. Dr Nathe and her staff are awesome!

I have zero concerns or recommendations. Dr Nathe has been great through out the entire process. The office staff is very efficient and friendly.

Wait times are long. More than an hour after appointment time. While I understand there are occasional emergencies, this is a recurring problem at Prisma Ortho with multiple different providers. It seems like there is institutional disdain for patient's time.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/22/2025
Be courteous and kind to my child, listen to the concerns of the patient and parent, without being quick to judge and be negative.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/17/2025
Respecting our time is a big issue. We had a 1:50 PM appointment but weren't taken into a room until 2:50 PM. The nurses were clearly backed up and not moving fast enough. The doctor was in our room as soon as the x-ray was complete. The doctor was very prompt and thorough. But the one hour wait in the waiting room was too long.

Nothing, the staff was fantastic and efficient!

Staff is amazing and courteous, this has been an overwhelming and challenging experience for me and my daughter and they are so nurturing and caring.

The staff could have been more honest and upfront about wait times. Sitting in a cold lobby with 2 children on the ASD spectrum was borderline intolerable. I was told to show up 15 -20 minutes early only to wait in the lobby for over an hour. I ended up missing another appointment that day. I understand that these appointments are very specific and specialized but the lack of communication was very poor.

They were awesome they actually listened to what we needed.

You did a great job!!
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/15/2025
There is nothing in this aspect except for the fact that we waited over an hour in the waiting room and then another 30 minutes in the room. My appointment was at 3:30 and at 5:00, I was about to walk out and Dr. Nathe came in. She apologized which is fine. I understand they were backed up, but they should have rescheduled appointments instead of overextending their schedules. My child has a dinner time of 5:30 or he gets IRATE- we missed this time due to the traffic in Lexington and a 30 minute drive home. It was not a fun ride home. I shouldn't have to worry if I'm going to get home by 5:30 if I have a 3:30 appointment.

I have no request for improvements. As always we were satisfied and treated with respect during our visit.

The wait time was horrible. We didn't get to see the doctor until an hour & a half after our appointment time. Other than that, the service provided was excellent.
