Kristie Boswell is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to improving access to high-quality health care for rural and underserved communities across South Carolina. She earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Lander University and completed both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at Clemson University.
Kristie specializes in primary care with further interests in preventive care, women’s health, reproductive health, hepatitis C treatment, and HIV prevention and care. With a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care, she wants to meet patients where they are and ensure every individual feels heard, respected and supported. She has led innovative mobile health initiatives that expand access to health care for rural populations and has presented her work at state, national and international levels.
Known for her compassionate and approachable style, Kristie is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported in their healthcare journey. She believes in partnering with patients to provide individualized, evidence-based care that promotes long-term health and wellness.

The whole visit was very easy! Kristine Boswell did a fantastic job of listening to my concerns, and suggesting solutions. Most importantly, she never rushed the appointment. I highly recommend her office!

The entire experience was above and beyond. I appreciated the helpfulness and genuine welcoming atmosphere across the board. The Nurse and Doctor were extremely thorough, took time to really listen and answer any questions I had. It was a refreshing experience to be heard in entirety. I have already highly recommended this as a place to go. The Doctor is in point and knows what she is doing, I have full confidence and trust with her.

Nothing at this time, I enjoyed my visit very much. It was quite pleased with the outcome and the way she handled my problems. It's the first time of one time that I had a health provider taking interested in me and not just hook me into Medicare. Thank you. I enjoyed meeting her. I look forward to coming again.
