Our nurse was not the friendliest or most welcoming person. Didn't seem to have a lot of patience. Almost seemed like she didn't want to be there. Just felt a bit off like almost an attitude or like she was bothered she had to help us. I meant to bring it to the doctors attention but she had a job shadow with her. I also didn't want to make a big fuss about it.

Everyone has been very kind and helpful. The receptionist at check out is so sweet to my daughter. She really tries to make the visit pleasant for my daughter. She always has a smile, a sticker, or a little toy ready for her at checkout. It makes a big difference for our daughter and helps the visit be a not so scary experience. I appreciate her so much. The receptionist at check in is always smiling and greets everyone with kindness. She had all the windows decorated with stars at our last appointment and our daughter loved it. They deserve raises, because it's rare to find employees who go above and beyond. Making sure that the employees are happy helps ensure the quality of care that my child receives while improving my trust with Prisma. Our children's hospital experience was not a great one and this pediatric neurologist has been the only saving grace.

Clean the rooms. The room was filthy! The floors and examination bed!

I wish there were ways that physicians and parents could speak outside of the child's presence? Sometimes it is very difficult to have certain conversations in front of the child. Trust just comes with time but our physician was extremely thorough!!
