There's nothing I can think of that both the doctor and technician along with the facility could have done better. Sometimes it's just hard to know what questions to ask when you don't know exactly what help is out there. However, the staff is doing what they were born to do and treated my daughter with respect and calm and I appreciate every effort that was put in.

I just want to say the staff was respectful, caring, listening, like you have a great team. I'm confident my child will get everything that he needs and deserve with the neurologist that he's seen. Thank you guys for everything that you guys do.

Have patients & their family take cellphone calls outside of the office. Young ears are listening and your adult conversations heighten those around you. Drama, curse words, negative tones & information that our youth shouldn't be exposed to.

Our nurse was not the friendliest or most welcoming person. Didn't seem to have a lot of patience. Almost seemed like she didn't want to be there. Just felt a bit off like almost an attitude or like she was bothered she had to help us. I meant to bring it to the doctors attention but she had a job shadow with her. I also didn't want to make a big fuss about it.
