Written instruction would have helped a bunch. What is routine to you is newish to me and difficult to assimilate and memorize in real time. I figured it all out, but not at the pace I would have had I been able to look at a prescriptive document. Her attitude and demeaner was excellent though!

Lauren and the other staff members were very friendly. During the examination, I remained fully clothed and was never asked to undress. During an annual exam, I was expecting the healthcare provider to examine my skin for any potential issues that I may not be aware of. Perhaps this is no longer being done by healthcare providers, but it seems like an important part of a physical exam that should be reinstated.

I really can't see any way it could have been improved. Everything was very nice. Everyone was very polite. They're very helpful, very professional. I enjoyed talking to the nurse practitioner and the nurse and also the staff at the desk. So I'm very pleased with the service. Very good. Excellent. Thanks.

The provider was great. My only complaint is these days it's next to impossible to see a specialist.
