Nothing, I felt valued as a patient and all of my questions were answered.

The blood pressure cuff was too loose and not fitting properly for the first reading. When the tech walked away I took off the cuff and attempted to correctly put it back on. When the tech arrived and show what I had done and was going, she didn't appear happy, but she did tighten the cuff, for sure. ?

Nothing; the nurses and Dr. Painter were professional, patient, clear in their information.

Yes,I got an appointment in a timely matter, however when calling for an appointment the wait time is EXTREMELY LONG! I had to make several calls and it was the same each time. I didn't give up...glad I didn't because I finally got a person on the phone.

Just along the lines of offering support, I don't really like using the patient portal. I still like the old-fashioned way of getting a phone call in a voicemail. So, if that could be brought back, that would be appreciated because that's the way I like to be communicated with.

The person taking my blood pressure needed help doing so and then another person had to take it again. The doctor did not even introduce herself I had to ask her if she was the doctor. I pretty much felt like I had accomplished nothing during the visit. The person who took my blood left me with a bad swllen bruise which I still have.

I feel comfortable and confident with Dr Painter.

I have no constructive feedback because everyone far exceeded my expectations for customer service, compassionate care and professionalism.

Staff was wonderful. I was early I got a ultrasound before I got to see the doctor. Ultrasound tech was friendly curious and I felt at ease with her. Doctor was great to she listened to all my issues and we came up the a plan to move forward with my issue. Stuff from signing in to Ultrasound tech to doctor was really a great visit. Everyone was friendly,. I told everyone that that was a great visit it felted comfortable and homey

My prescription location was verified with me 3x but was still sent to the wrong location. That took an extra hour to get my prescription Ata location that is nowhere near my home.

Dr. Painter and staff were great- I felt extremely comfortable and she took the time to listen to me, not making me feel "crazy" or rushed. It was a great new patient appointment.

Dr Painter is superb in her field. She sincerely cares about her patients, listens to her patient's concerns and gives them the physical care they need. I have recommended Dr Painter to all my family and friends and they have thanked me several times and have also told me they have recommended her to their loved ones also. The world would be a better place with doctors like Dr Painter. I sincerely mean that.

Dr Painter is a superb physician. She is one of the best in her field. She has the knowledge of my past to present medical history. She is so comfortable to ask any question I have and takes her time with me. I never feel rushed with her. That office runs like a 'well oiled machine'.

IN THE EXAMINATION ROOM THE BLINDS WERE OPEN, I HAD TO CLOSE THEM MYSELF BEFORE UNDRESSING PATIENTS NEED THEIR PRIVACY

Still have not gotten tests results. Suppose to be on MyChart. Longest I waited on results. Still no test results. I thought visit went well. I could see she was trying to be sensitive to my sensitive case which I appreciate. Was trying to be gentle which I needed.

Nurse should be more friendly and she was not helpful; I had to pulled out the step in order for me to get on the bed
