    I wish it wouldn't take so long to get an appointment for him or for any type of communication. We've been trying to get an appointment for the longest time. We have to keep calling back to back. And also, the messages from MyChart, they're not working either because we need a proxy. I haven't gotten any assistance with that and I'm still dealing with that.

    a little more time with the physician, not feeling so rushed during my appointment. I feel like I did not have enough time with the physician, and I was rushed, and all of my questions were not answered.

    Doctor felt very rushed, distant and distracted. She did not take the time to examine my child, barely looked at her in fact, only after I prompted it. Neither the provider nor the nurse sanitized when entering or exiting the room. I did not feel like she answered my questions or concerns appropriately and brushed me and my child off. I will not be returning and certainly will not be recommending this practice.

    Could have looked over the chart and communicated though out prisma took off work and drove my 4 month old an hour away from home to be told she didn't need to be there. There was nothing she could do now having to go to more appointments to figure everything out is just ridiculous

    Ensure that the patient intake team in the Family Medicine center, 3209 Colonial Dr. Columbia, SC, 29203, is friendly, always professional, and regardless of any family or personal matters are professional and ready to deal with patients. Patients should not feel as if they are being challenged in an aggressive manner when there are simple inquiries about their scheduled appointments, providers, or care

    After a long hour wait to see the doctor, my appointment was only about five or seven minutes. And I wasn't even, didn't get a chance to give like the history, how I even arrived at coming to the office. It kind of was a quick skim over, got to get a few things out and then, I was like handed a paper that was already set and then a few things were written down as far as recommendations. But I think if the appointment didn't feel rushed or wasn't rushed, I would have been more satisfied with the care just so that I could feel like it wasn't a waste of my time.

    More information on aftercare of the biopsy, like a print out. Maybe giving access to MyChart or info about how to access that would be helpful.
