I have a problem because the medicine wasn't available at the pharmacy. They prescribed Elias cream, and I really need to apply it because my son's bottom is hurting a lot. The cream isn't at the pharmacy where they prescribed it. Could you please call me or let me know what you can do to get the medicine for my son? It hasn't arrived at the pharmacy yet. Thank you.

Everything went well, thank you!! We are in the process of administering and taking medication; we'll see how your next appointment goes.

I wish it wouldn't take so long to get an appointment for him or for any type of communication. We've been trying to get an appointment for the longest time. We have to keep calling back to back. And also, the messages from MyChart, they're not working either because we need a proxy. I haven't gotten any assistance with that and I'm still dealing with that.

a little more time with the physician, not feeling so rushed during my appointment. I feel like I did not have enough time with the physician, and I was rushed, and all of my questions were not answered.
