Arrived at 10:20 like told, went to check in and then sat in waiting room until 12:30. Had to walk back up to window where I checked in, the lady never actually checked us in. Was very disappointed because we had been looked at multiple times while sitting/ standing in the waiting area. I just assumed the provider was running behind and that's why I waited so long before going back up to the window

We are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to appointment time and typically have to wait at least 20 minutes past appointment time for the dr. This is a very long time for a small child. It would be very much appreciated if wait times and arrival times were not so long.

There was no possible way that the staff or the doctor could have provided better care. I appreciate the staff help. I appreciate the nurses' help. I appreciate the doctor's help. Everything was great. Thank you, guys, and we can't wait to see you again.

To date I have yet to have anyone explain why we need the invasive testing. My son became ill at the hands of a pediatrician that missed a uti for 21 days. We have since learned of a co genital defect. Had he not become ill we never would have learned of this. We are seeking options. This is not a one size fits all b it that is how she is treating it. We are driving 4 hours for a second opinion.
