Our appointment was at 1:20 and we were told to get there at 5 past one and we did. We got to see the nurses team pretty quickly and then put through to a doctor's room and then we were left there for well over half an hour, nearly 45 minutes. I understand that was because the doctor went to the hospital or had something else that she needed to do. That's absolutely fine, that's not a problem, but it would have been better if someone had just come in and told us because we did feel like we were just left. So yeah, just a bit of communication would have been nice. Thanks.

Yes, I really liked how they treated my child. Honestly, with all the kindness and everything, I felt comfortable, especially with the staff who took care of him. And I'm glad they're so kind. Thank you.

Arrived at 10:20 like told, went to check in and then sat in waiting room until 12:30. Had to walk back up to window where I checked in, the lady never actually checked us in. Was very disappointed because we had been looked at multiple times while sitting/ standing in the waiting area. I just assumed the provider was running behind and that's why I waited so long before going back up to the window

We are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to appointment time and typically have to wait at least 20 minutes past appointment time for the dr. This is a very long time for a small child. It would be very much appreciated if wait times and arrival times were not so long.

There was no possible way that the staff or the doctor could have provided better care. I appreciate the staff help. I appreciate the nurses' help. I appreciate the doctor's help. Everything was great. Thank you, guys, and we can't wait to see you again.
