This is just to say that Dr. McLeod is the absolute best. We love her. She takes care of all four of our children. She has earned our respect. There's nothing that she needs to do to have us respect her any more. She is great and we love her.

Follow up call after mediation has taken effect to see if improvement or not

We already felt very supported and respected by the staff and Doctor during my sons well visit. Dr.McLeod is always very thorough during my sons appointments,we have the utmost respect for her, so I don't have any suggestions for any improvement. Our appointment went very smoothly.

One thing that could be improved is to make the next years appointment when checking out. The system use to work this way. Or a reminder postcard was sent. And if my Chart reminder is sent through email.... Then it's obsolete for a lot of us. Having 9 business emails and all the junk yay constantly clutters up emails. It doesn't get seen. It seems the last 4 years or so I loose months each time I make an appointment because once I remember in the business of life it's around his birthday it's then a 2 month or 3 month wait to get in.... Don't understand this. I am sure we lost one year of check in there somewhere. For example he was seen in April of 2024 and then in Nov of 2025 when his actually Birthday is October

Lately the doctor has been running very late every time we come in. We are left waiting in the room for 30-40 min while our baby is screaming from fear.

No matter which dr, they have always known her pre existing condition and treated accordingly.

Keep up the personal care and treatment! Great job!

Dr. McCleod is a great doctor. She's easy to talk to, very thorough, and makes you feel like a friend.

If the provider doubted another physician's diagnosis they could have asked the parents for a letter from diagnosing physician. Also physician could have done some research, asked a colleague, or even called the parent for resources to learn more about child condition if unfamiliar.

Long wait times from the time we sat in the doctor's office until the doctor came to see us.

This particular visit seemed rushed and impersonal. However, my child was comfortable and the doctor is always professional and answers our questions to our understanding. She is friendly and my family and I have built a trust with her.

Dr. Mcleod was wonderful and offered all the information we needed to get our son better. When she walks in the room she brings a great spirit about her and you know your child is in good hands.
