I was very impressed with the medical care that I received in my visit.

Give more time to ask questions and not so busy typing in notes on computer.

You can't get a call, you can't get a response. There's no one to answer the phones. You need someone to answer the phone so you can get a response. It took me from Monday to Friday to get somebody to call me back. You need a new reception. You need someone to answer your phones. Not a machine, a person.

Dr.Cook was very nice and helpful.

EVERYTIME I go, I'm told I have to pay a $25 co-pay. EVERYTIME I show them the page of my BCBS Advantage Plan that says my PCP is a 0 copay. Believe me, I am paying a premium that is not low in price. By the time I saw my physician, my blood pressure was significantly elevated. The office person scanned the pages I brought into my chart. I will not be surprised if we have this encounter again.

Went well. The waiting room is pretty dismal, but reception was efficient. And Dr. Cook is just exceptional.

I hope I answered the previous question correctly. All staff was very respectful and I felt no discrimination for any reason. I don't know if I didn't explain myself correctly but the visit summary doesn't match what I said about how I felt mentally, emotionally or level of anxiety. I feel that I was offered medications before trying to find out why or what is causing the symptoms that I am experiencing. I want to know what is behind the symptoms that I expressed, how else would it be known how to treat them?

I wouldn't change anything about my visit. Everyone I encountered showed the utmost in courtesy. Dr. Cook is exceptional. I feel fortunate to have found her.

I saw the Doctor in the hospital. Give follow up appointment sooner and give you an appointment before you leave the hospital. I have a wife that is a nurse and she got my appointment. I feel older people would not realize they have to make the follow up appointment

I cannot think of anything more that could have been done. My appointment took place in time and the nurses and doctor took as much time as needed to answer all of my questions. Additionally, Dr Cook was very sympathetic and supportive in discussions about my new health concerns.

She is the best. She really take care of me. She talks to me like I am a person and not a dollar. I want to thank you for having her I will follow her where ever she goes. She is outstanding in my view.

I am having trouble scheduling an ultrasound/mamogram. Prisma and Lexington are weeks out. If you find a lump in your breast you should be seen expeditiously. I work in healthcare and am very concerned in regards to my appointment. I finally was able to make with MUSC but it is still 2 weeks out. There needs to be a better referral process if something is urgent. I am concerned about my health and not sure what to do

The front desk staff made some smart but funnie remarks about my ears when I went to the back . They burst out laughing. They should be dismissed . I heard every word they said

You can't improve on perfection. I got an appointment the same day I was sick. Dr Cook spent quite a bit of time with me when I felt terrible. She is genuinely concerned about my well being.

The nurse called just to say that I had diabetes but didn't offer me any information at all. She said this is the medicine the doctor prescribed, but I wasn't given any information about the disease state, the medicine, the next step, anything. And I feel really lost right now. She just said cut back on carbs. I don't know what that even means. So I feel very lost right now.

Decrease wait time for the lab. It seemed to be some confusion about where to sit while waiting.

Prisma Health should provide better discounts for people with no income, no health insurance. As SCOA I can see my Oncologist and get bloodwork and it cost $67 which is still high for someone with $0 income but cost me $154.70 (almost 2 1/2 times more) and no test. I am no old enough for Medicare do qualify for Medicaid. Not able to get SSI yet. My car needs to be replaced so can't travel far. There is no public transportation near me. Our current government is trying to gut programs I may qualify for soon. What is going to happen if they gut the programs after I start if I have no income. It's hard to find jobs right now with all the layoffs, cutting positions (85 of us at my job were cut), etc. I have no family. I paid off my house with my severance package and 401K but if I can't pay my property tax it can be taken away from me. You don't own the property your house sits on you rent it from the government even when you pay for the property. I hate this part of getting old. Please help us and reduce your prices for those with no income.

I was picked by Prisma a new provider when my NP left, I did not like the first one picked and I asked to change and I was highly offended with that process to have to have that provider "approve" my transfer. Luckily, I LOVE this new provider after I had to request a change. Otherwise, I would no longer be a patient of the practice. I was highly unsatisfied at last visit.

No suggestions. Everyone was very friendly at the facility. Dr. Lori is amazing! I love her so much. She is very patient when it comes to any questions I have regarding my health/care. I know that I can count on her to be able to provide me with any resolutions should I require any assistance regarding my health!

I'm sorry, the doctors are great, but they think they need to come together more so they have a better perspective on your condition and your appointments and tests that they're scheduling, so they don't be over-scheduled test appointments and too many of them back-to-back.

First meeting with my new Dr. She took time to listen to everything I had to say which I really appreciated. I look forward to seeing her in the future.

I had a same-day appointment for an issue that had worsened over the weekend. That I got an appointment was in itself a blessing. I was seen by a caring physician who quickly analyzed the problem and began treatment, a three-pronged treatment which was started in the office and followed with two with prescriptions. All of this was more than I could even have hoped for - there is nothing more than could have been done to improve the care I had from Dr Lori Cook, her nurse, and the front-office staff. I am beyond grateful to all of them!

There was nothing further that could be done. My health care professional, Dr. Cook, was extremely thorough and took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and was sympathetic to my needs. I would give the visit a 10 out of 10 in terms of receiving proper medical care and attention.
