Actually, can't think of anything additional. I was well informed of everything related to my treatment.

I don't think there is any. All three of the employees I talked to were helpful understanding and extremely pleasant. All 3 of them made me feel comfortable and safe. I really commend this set of employees. I've been to the ent before and they weren't nearly as nice. Even at my last appointment at this ent the last 3 employees I worked with on the other side were exactly the same way. The associates that work here are amazing!

Nothing, unless you want to pay me for the privilege of serving my health care needs. Honestly, the team is awesome and I couldn't feel more blessed by their care and the experience.

This was a wonderful experience. The PA was extremely caring and most considerate as well as very knowledgeable. I certainly would recommend this provider.

Service was good. Appointment was problematic in that, even with a referral, it was still a 4-5 month wait. If would have been more efficient if the PA would have provided the Omeprazole 40mg prescription rather than suggesting that I go back to my FP md.

The exam room was too small and full of things to be wheelchair accessible. The surgeon needed to do my surgery left Prisma and his position has not been filled. There is a two year waitlist just to get my functional rhinoplasty done so my nose can be stabilized and I can breathe through my nose. That is utterly ridiculous!

Just listen to my concerns and follow up with a target treatment plan

Appointment could have been scheduled a lot sooner while I still had symptoms

Just try to get more specialists (all specialties) within the upstate. We need more providers so patients can get care sooner.

Madison Ann offered me a level of support, trust and respect that not many medical professionals have topped! She is absolutely awesome in presenting all sides of the problem and even though she didn't necessarily say the things that I wanted to hear, she was very detailed in explaining each area of need for intervention and she offered to call the people who could help me with those intervention strategies.

Yes, unfortunately I had a mask that was discovered by my nurse practitioner. She took a picture of the image and went and talked to doctors to see what the next steps were. I really would have liked her to bring the doctor in if she needed to step out to talk to them. She was professional. She was courteous. She did a great job, but I think that would have made me feel a little bit more comfortable. I'm a little bit left in the dark. I know I have to do a CT scan, and she said she would refer me to the neck and the neck cancer specialist, but I just need to find out the next step after the CT and then the biopsy, but I don't know about the biopsy. So I don't know if they'll call me after the CP, but that's the only thing. She was wonderful. The nurse practitioner was wonderful.

Everything was fine. The only thing took about 2 months to get in. I realize Greenville is out growing it self. But I really liked Madison she took time with me and explained everything. And if I need anything to email her.

Perfect I love this doctor's office. Includes my doctor.

It would have been a lot better to know the actual extent of the recovery for the procedure. Because knowing, you know, just now, I would have never did this procedure. It's just not worth it.

Nothing. All was perfect

Took almost 3 weeks for me to get an appointment after being referred to this office and I called twice before someone called me to make the appointment. I think that would be the only thing that needs to be improved upon.
