I don't think there's anything that could be done to improve the experience that my daughter and I had at the clinic with Dr. Gray. From the time we hit the door to the time we left, everyone we encountered was absolutely amazing and just very helpful with everything. And Dr. Gray was very much a people person, had a great bedside manner, listened to my daughter and answered all our questions. And we, very lucky we found her to take care of our child. And I highly recommend her to anybody that's looking for a pediatric cardiologist.

Prisma Health, especially the Children's Hospital and their specialist are ABOVE and BEYOND amazing. Our daughter is very leery with strangers but she is calm and relax and confident around the staff and in the facility. The cardiologist and staff are top notch. I'm happy to report our daughter's heart healed on its own but also sad we won't need to go to their office anymore!

Did everything right!

Dr. Gray can listen to her patient and the patient parent and pay more attention what they're saying other than running in for 10 minutes and out the door is it acts like she just didn't even care my child was having chest pains and a total different place and she just blew it off like it was nothing, she assumed it was still on the left side, but if she would've listened, she knew it was in the middle of his chest.The student did more and took more time with her than she did. It's like she got in her mind and nothing is wrong with my child and she could care less.

I thought it was a very helpful appointment. I felt that Dr. Gray listened and definitely gave me more information than previous cardiologists that have diagnosed my child.
