N/A Dr. Wills was wonderful with my son. My child felt very comfortable speaking with Dr. Wills about the medicine he is taking for ADD and how he feels while on it. Dr. Wills was very patient with my child and let him talk freely to him. I appreciate Dr. Wills so much for the time and care he showed my son.

None! They were great!

More thorough testing. We are really frustrated with our recent visit. We feel like this office is not very progressive, and every time we bring our children in, we hear the same thing: "It's viral. Let it run its course." As their parent, I know when something isn't right. I don't bring them in for minor issues, so when I do, I expect more support than what we received. If this was your child, would you be so dismissive?

I feel as if the doctor did not listen to me or my child. Something is minor as an ankle sprain seems to be brushed off. I just do not feel like we were considered or respected by the doctor. The rest of the staff was wonderful as always.

The injection of Lidocaine or Novacaine should have been more or at least waited because my daughter felt every single second of her removal of the Nova whatever it is, breast control like stick and it was painful.

Our experience was phenomenal! No way to better the service we were provided!

My appointment time was 340. I was asked to show up at 3:25. I showed up at 3:10. I did not get in the back until almost 4 o'clock. It was 405 before the doctor showed up. I think that is a little bit uncalled for for me to have to come in that long and sit for pretty much an hour before I can even see a doctor

I absolutely love this office they always respectful and make sure they help you to the best of their abilities
