I love Prisma Orthopedic and Dr Pierce!

This visit was excellent and there is nothing you could do to improve it

Nothing at all, everyone was very attentive and Dr. Pierce was so thorough in his explanation of what was going on with all the pain I was having, unlike any other doctor.

When I left, I was very upset in tears and I was told that the office manager would give me a call but no one never called. The doctor did not want to do surgery on me due to my size. I had lost 9 lbs and I have my glucose level under control. I'm in severe pain and I felt like he really didn't care about how I felt or my health. If he did not want to do a knee replacement at least look like he would have fixed my detached menicus. I am still very upset and is in a lot of pain...

I made a mistake on the first question. The first question should have been yes, definitely. And I don't know how to get back to you, but it was yes, definitely, the first question. Dr. Pierce's office is wonderful, and he's a wonderful person, wonderful doctor to be with.

Dr. Pierce was very professional and explained everything in detail to help me understand what to expect with surgery and the process looking forward. As well as everyone there was friendly and courteous. Thank you all for what you do!

There is no way that they could have improved any more. Dr. Pierce is always attentive and listens very carefully and knows my medical history extremely well and he does a great examination on my knees and is very knowledgeable of my situations. I'm very well satisfied. No improvement needed.

Dr. Pierce was very well informed and explained my problem with hip and back. However, would like to have a prescription for Meloxican to see if this would help me before I go to pain management.

I have had both my knees replaced and both my hands carpal tunnel surgery all by the same doctor I couldn't ask for anything different because I was treated with great care.

Treatment and support were excellent.

I had some trouble with my insurance . Prisma said that my insurance wasn't in network and I think that I may have paid more out of pocket than I needed to because I do not have to be in network on my plan. I'm free to choose who I want for my care. That is the only problem that I had.

this staff always is excellent with my care. They go above and beyond to meet my needsZ Everyone is professional and knows about my reason for my visit. I would not go to another orthopedic office for my care. Dr Mark pierce has helped to regain my mobility, my quality of life , several times. knee replacement. Rotator cuff problems that had progressed to the point I could not function ,. He took the time and patience to get to the root of my pain..His staff and every staff member of Blue Ridge is .helpful and professional.

The interface between Prisma and AnMed My Chart could be better. My primary care physician is in the An Med system and I am not confident that my primary doctor is getting the information from the Prisma MyChart.
