Yes, hi. Yes, my Dr. Humphrey is very, very good. I trust in him 100%. Definitely don't like to see anyone else but him. Very knowledgeable, understanding. He's a very good, God-fearing man. Thank you.

Dr sent a prescription, pharmacy wouldn't fill, said required preauthorization. They faxed something to office for Dr to complete, and I called and left a message on nurse line. This was two days ago and I still have not gotten any response from office and have not been able to fill prescription that I really need.

Yes, Colonial Family Medicine Prisma Health is a good teaching facility. They're very respectful. I believe that they know their jobs quite well. Their practice is important to the patient as they seem to put you 100% at all times. Mark Humphreys, Dr. Mark Humphreys is a grand doctor. I respect him. He respects me and I feel very comfortable with his service. And I'm always allowing him to use his teaching techniques to his residents, doctors. They're doing a great job.

Some of the Referrals took very long time to Response. To phone a referal dept to follow up she hardly answer the calls. If she does she is not helpful.

Everything was great! Dr. Humphrey is a wise and great Doctor. The phlebotomist that drew my blood is great, too. I didn't even feel the needle go in. The staff at the front desk is always kind, and even the security guard was kind. (Smile)

Other than the nurse not washing her hands I can't think of anything else. Everyone's so nice and polite. It's like my second family.

They did a great job there is nothing more I could have asked for.

You could make survey a little short. Some of the questions are the same.

Professional personnel. Dr. Humphrey nurses, and residents all have strong routine.

I don't really have any suggestions My Dr and his staff are really caring informative and on the money. I have a great respect for Dr. Humphrey and All his team.
