The office could have been just a little warmer. My apt. was at 3:30 is what the lady at the desk told me but the portal said 2:00 pm i think the machine( computer got mixed up).

Every aspect was great, and I'm sure my doctor would have known about my history, except he's smartly establishing that history. I am mostly healthy and only have started with concerns recently with my retirement.

My visit was a planned follow-up. Everything went well. I was in and out in a reasonable time. The only thing is that I have a co-pay of $10.00 but my records do not show this. Everywhere else I go it does. But in a week or so, I will get billed for $10.00. Why can it not show when I check in that I owe my co-pay. It is not a hospital visit.

I was very pleased with my care, particularly Dr. Shaffer. He's very attentive and thorough and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. The staff was friendly and seemed to go the extra mile, and I really appreciate it.
