I wouldn't change a thing. I was treated with respect and felt like I was very important from ALL staff. My surgeon Dr. Herndon went above and beyond during my hospital stay and my post op visit to make sure I felt my best and to make sure all my questions were answered. I also am choosing Dr Herndon to do my future colonoscopies. I totally trust him with my care. Thank you Dr Herndon for taking the best care of me during my surgery and after care!

There's nothing they could have done any better than what they did. I was very pleased with my surgeon. I was very pleased with the way everybody treated me, not mainly at the hospital with some of the nurses there, but the doctors were awesome. I would recommend them to anybody, my entire family. I have been blessed. God has sent the surgeons that were for me, and I thank you all for that.

Actually, there's not anyway. I think you could have done any better. Dr. Herndon was great, personable. He showed a lot of personal attention and care. And I would trust him and recommend him. In fact, I have done so already to my wife.

Nothing the team was great

Dr Herndon was very thorough and helpful. He set my mind at ease that I absolutely didn't have appendicitis. He suggested a plan and ordered meds for my issue. I would definitely go back to see him if I had other issues.

The only thing that could have made my visit better is if Dr Herndon was an internal medicine doctor! He was so knowledgeable not only in his field of medicine but in other fields as well. He taught me more in the one visit with him and explained to me what should have been explained to me a year ago! Thank you so much!

None. Everyone was helpful, respectful and supportive of my needs. Would most definitely refer anyone who needs minor surgery to their office.

Listen to the ER doctor who done xray, and the dermatologist who also knows this is NOT a bone. Something needs to be done about this as it is growing and causing him problems. A second opinion will be gotten by a better surgeon or the procedure will be done in the dermatologist office as stated it needed to be done. Listen more to your patients an option

I don't know how it could have been better. Today I am feeling almost back to normal, about 95 percent.

Appointment at 0930. I arrived at 0915. Finally saw Doctor about 1005.

Yes, I had some concerns about a procedure that I had with a third degree tear and some anal fissures, and I wish that the doctor perhaps could have maybe spent a little more time in the visit explaining to me why he didn't think those things were going to be a problem with the procedure. He did say that they would not be a problem, but he didn't really elaborate on that. And then we sort of went on to something else, so that would have been helpful.
