It was wonderful. Dr. Shepard was my grandchilds Dr when she was 3.5 yrs old. So it is great that she gets to have her again as her dr.

We were in the office for almost 3 hours. We waited for the doctor for more than 2 hours. They kept saying there was a lot of sick children needing to be seen, and even that there were some that skipped their appointment time because they had multiple kids, but that is all the office's fault and we should never have to wait 2 hours for a simple well child visit. That was absurd, we have never waited that long for a doctor anywhere.

The wait time in the back is outrageous.

My daughter was not feeling well. I asked her parent am already sick. When we saw the doctor, she was fixated on one outcome. She did not consider all the symptoms or the fact that I have been sick as well. She did not try to determine what the Illness could be for my daughter. The doctor seemed to have one diagnosis in mind, and when that came back negative, she excited on explaining transmission, testing, many facts about the diagnosis tested for. She talked over me and did not acknowledge that that it might be a different diagnosis although the symptoms looked similar to the diagnosis she had in mind. It felt condescending that she went into such a great detail to "prove" to us that the swab came back negative. She didn't treat the whole patient but fixated on one diagnosis/symptom.

Open up before 8:00 so the desk clerks computer will be ready by the 8:00 appointments. I waited 10 plus minutes for their computers to boot up.
