I was disappointed that the nurse did not stay in the room during the procedure She was very nice and efficient asking me questions and answering questions of mine. She finished and told me she was going to get the injection ready for the doctor and gave me the paper shorts to put on. She left and never came back to assist him.

No complaints - pleasant experience

My care was exceptional. The nurses were kind and well trained. Dr. Pollack performed an examination and answered all questions I asked. A positive experience!

Yes, well, I have another issue going on with my left side, between my shoulder and my elbow. It's pain all the time. I really want to talk to doctor to get back in order. Thank you very much.

Dr. POLLACK is very considerate and answered all my questions. The only thing I could think of for improvement would be to add better signage outside the Lexington office. I could not remember what suite they said to enter so I had to ask for him at the desk.

There was nothing that needs improvement. The registration, the nurse, and Dr. Pollack were excellent and very nice. Thank you.

Really don't know. Felt very comfortable with what was taking place.

I can't think of any way Dr Pollack could have improved on his treatment to my knee . He's through a precise with my knee aspirations . He listens to me n explains what he's going to do before he proceeds with the process.

The followup from staff is great, and that includes check in at the front desk, as well as physician care, and assistants!

Goodl care

The MA that brought us back was not friendly, she had somewhat of an attitude. Just not the greatest experience with her.

I didn't like the fact that i was on time, matter-of-fact I got there 15 minutes before my schedule appointment yet I actually sat in that office for an hour before the doctor arrived. He was however apologetic for the wait time!!

I really love Dr Pollack and his staff. Been there many times and I am always pleased with the care given to me. He answers my many questions and is so gentle with me and the shot he puts in my knee. He remembers me and is friendly and kind. He's gentle and explains everything he is doing. I couldn't be happier with anyone else. Thank you Dr Pollack.

PT was good but the paperwork they gave me at arrival was excessively long and read more like a law brief. this was bad bad bad. also it took a long time after the doctor's to get my PT appointment.

It couldn't have been more perfect. I was given the injection needed so I left there in less pain than when I arrived. The Dr and his staff were prompt, proficient, and very professional. I appreciate them!!

My doctor was very polite n knowledgeable, he knew from previous visit the fluid that builds up in my knee n quickly n efficiently aspirated after numbing the area. I hope he stays at Prisma as I feel very confident in his work.

I saw Dr. Pollack after I had a horrific fall down steps in my house. Dr. Pollack is a very knowledgeable, kind and caring physician. He is definitely an asset to Prisma Ortho.

I didn't quite understand how the doctor was going to give the injections and didn't prepare correctly with my clothes, so my clothes got wet. Not sure if it was my not hearing correctly or it not being said clearly.

Excellent physician and care team

I don't know of anything. I've been coming to this office for over a year. And I certainly would recommend it.

My only complaint is the long wait time I seem to have with every visit. The longest wait time being as long as 50 minutes. One time I asked if I needed to reschedule. Why have an appointment if I have to wait these long periods of time? I can understand waiting perhaps 15 minutes, but 50 minutes is a long time. And no one gives you a heads up that the Dr. is behind to see if you are wanting to wait or reschedule. I was in the back room waiting. I actually expressed these long wait time to Dr. Pollack and he apologized.

The one way you can offer support and approve trust and respect while you care for your patience is keep me and understanding smiling faces understanding respectful and doing your job you have a great team keep up the good work

Dr Pollack is wonderful! Only problem I had this visit was I had to wait 45 minutes before I saw the doctor. Plus the office was freezing.

Prisma needs to avoid overscheduling it's doctors. Wait times in my visits are excessive.

Dr. Pollack was generous with information and suggestions concerning my medical issues. My appointment was at Parkridge due to fact that Dr Pollack was no longer practicing at Richland Medical 2. I could not believe that Parkridge had so few handicap parking. Spaces for six vehicles out front. There definitely were enough water fountains out front. I have a handicap parking placard. It was very difficult walking especially after my knee injection. Very Sad Thank you
