The only problem I have is the wait time in the room, and additional wait time for any additional treatment.

Everything was just right. Couldn't have asked for better service. I'm sorry that there is no longer the practice at 2 medical park.

Dr Matthew Pollack is friendly, respectful and listens to my concerns. He goes out of his way to ask you questions and to make sure that they're answered before you leave the office.

Only issue i had was the wait was ridiculous. 45 minutes I sat in the very last room with no one coming in to check or update on why it's taking long. Being the last room, and being there before others i felt i got over looked. By the time I made up my mind to leave the doc comes thrift the door. I expressed how I felt, he apologized and told me other patients kept asking unexpected questions leading up to the delayed, but I wasn't having it knowing the other 2 patients who came well after me was clearly gone. Highly disappointed!!

After I was, my physician, family physician, sent in a request for the HA injections to Dr. Pollack's office, it took several days for the person that actually approves the doctor's request for the injections within the PRISMA system to get to my request and then permit me to schedule an appointment. Once I scheduled the appointment, it was handled within a reasonable time and Dr. Pollack saw me pretty much right away on the day of the visit. But I was delayed for several days while the person got to my particular physician's request.

Everything was perfect. I got a steroid hip injection and he said we were all done and I never felt a thing! Excellent care.

There was nothing that could have been different, everyone was courteous and professional.

Provider was running very late for whatever reason and after about an hour I checked and was told that it was a busy day. I would like to have been notified at about at least a half an hour that someone would be seeing me relatively soon or even told at registration that we are running late today. Hope you have time. Anyway, that's all. It was a good appointment. Thank you.

Not their fault but my problem was not addressed properly other than by the initial nice gentleman that first took me back to the room and initially spoke to me. He seemed to understand there could be a number of reasons for the excruciating pain I was suffering after a slip.

My experience was thoroughly good, no need for improvement . Very good team of professionals who showed much care , kindness as well as health provision.

The new check in front needs to be a little more friendly! I'm not speaking inside the Dr's office, the new check in method you have has you come in the sliding doors!!

My experience was an exceptional one. Couldn't have asked for better service (from the sweet nurse/lady who assisted me in getting inside the building to the nurse/lady who assisted me following my appointment). Dr. Pollack, as well as his associate, were very attentive to my concerns/questions. And, I certainly would recommend them to others. Thank you Dr. Pollack and the staff.

Yes, someone could have been in the area where we waited to be called back by the doctor. No one let us know when we would be taken back and we waited over an hour and there was no one to ask. I will say that does need to improve. Thank you.

I have the utmost respect and confidence in Dr. Pollack. My visit was a pleasant experience. As it has always been. I would like to address the fact of limited handicap parking. There are only several handicap parking spaces close to the entrance of Medical 4 in Lexington. Many more on the side of the building. A great many NON handicap parking spaces are near the entrance. Why does Prisma allow this? Patients have to walk unnecessarily. I do not believe these non handicap parking spaces are designated for physicians only. This issue can be quickly resolved. I mean Really. Thank you

Shorter waite time

I always have to wait an hour. My appointment's at 10 and I have to get out. I don't get out until 11. I always have to wait an hour. That's the only thing.

The floors were filthy. I had dusty stuff on my pants when I took them off. Most Prisma facilities could be cleaner. Not the staffs fault. The cleaning crew is lacking severely.

once I was able to get an appointment everything was handled very professionally.my only complaint was how long it took to get an open appointment date. Originally I was given a date of 4 weeks from the time I requested an appointment. I continued to call every couple of days to try to get in sooner and eventually the receptionist was able to get me into an open slot.

Dr Pollack was great n has a pleasant manner n answered my questions completely n I feel very satisfied with his ability to perform the aspiration on my knee.

The wait time to see doctor was excessive, and I have experienced a similar excessive wait time on most visits. Prisma needs to quit overscheduling! The doctor I see is top notch, but the wait time is ridiculous. It also affects the time the doctor can concentrate on my situation, since there is likely other patients waiting past their appointed time.

The whole staff treated me well. From the doctor's and nurse's and X-ray tech, to admitting.

The facility needs to offer X-rays lying down for those who can't stand still in the position for as long as needed.

One of the older person during the registration/payment was short and smart with me when I asked a question regarding the payment!

the only thing that chapped my buttocks is time u walk n u have 3 different people askin if u have an appointment then tell u that i owed them 127.95 when the notification i received from mychart and it said 125.00 and i couldn't pay 100. 00 n cash then rest on credit card and i could only pay cash if i had exact amount at least n the drs office i could pay however but as far as dr mathew pollack and his staff they r the "goat" at prisma not only did dr pollack help me with both knees he went above and beyond with my back problems i never got this kind of help with my knees or my back with lmc im prisma from now on ty dr pollack and staff for bein there for me

I was disappointed that the nurse did not stay in the room during the procedure She was very nice and efficient asking me questions and answering questions of mine. She finished and told me she was going to get the injection ready for the doctor and gave me the paper shorts to put on. She left and never came back to assist him.

Dr. POLLACK is very considerate and answered all my questions. The only thing I could think of for improvement would be to add better signage outside the Lexington office. I could not remember what suite they said to enter so I had to ask for him at the desk.

The MA that brought us back was not friendly, she had somewhat of an attitude. Just not the greatest experience with her.

I didn't like the fact that i was on time, matter-of-fact I got there 15 minutes before my schedule appointment yet I actually sat in that office for an hour before the doctor arrived. He was however apologetic for the wait time!!

PT was good but the paperwork they gave me at arrival was excessively long and read more like a law brief. this was bad bad bad. also it took a long time after the doctor's to get my PT appointment.

I didn't quite understand how the doctor was going to give the injections and didn't prepare correctly with my clothes, so my clothes got wet. Not sure if it was my not hearing correctly or it not being said clearly.

Excellent physician and care team

I don't know of anything. I've been coming to this office for over a year. And I certainly would recommend it.

My only complaint is the long wait time I seem to have with every visit. The longest wait time being as long as 50 minutes. One time I asked if I needed to reschedule. Why have an appointment if I have to wait these long periods of time? I can understand waiting perhaps 15 minutes, but 50 minutes is a long time. And no one gives you a heads up that the Dr. is behind to see if you are wanting to wait or reschedule. I was in the back room waiting. I actually expressed these long wait time to Dr. Pollack and he apologized.
