A native of Lexington, South Carolina, McKenna Greene, PA, earned her master's in physician assistant studies from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Columbia. She is a pediatric cardiology physician assistant subspecializing in the management of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and dysautonomia. She understands the value of medical treatment for conditions such as dysautonomia but realizes the most important aspect of diagnosis management is listening to and believing your patients. McKenna decided to pursue pediatric cardiology to inspire teenagers to advocate for their health and perhaps to pursue a career that will help their community.
In her free time, McKenna enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and supporting Gamecock football.

There really wasn't a way that you could have improved upon the process. It was wonderful from the start to finish. Everyone was courteous. Everyone offered all the help and support that we needed. And McKenna gave us answers that we have been trying to find for four years. So it felt like a breath of fresh air, and we greatly appreciated her.

This place and the probate amazing!! We were referred here and I am so happy it's the right place!! Employees even speak to you in the hallways and make sure you know where you are going. Love this place and its people!
