Megan Carson,PA. & the nurse & lab nurse were all exceptional in their attitude & attention. I felt heard & cared about. Megan took great care to address every bit of my medical concerns. She kept me engaged with every decision & pointed out the areas of concern & options. She alerted me to previous doctors notes and test results I didn't know about. She respected my comfort level & my personal choices for current & continued care. She & her office staff worked with me and NOT over me. She encouraged my own input. I felt respected & important in my own health care journey with them which means a great deal to me. I guess what impressed me is that I left my appt feeling informed & I wasn't confused about what was happening & why. I feel empowered, not lost. I'm willing to listen & follow thru bc she & her staff instilled confidence & trust in the plans/decisions for my care. I've not felt this way about ANY doctor in a very long time but now I feel encouraged and safe. I only hope this holds true long term. PLEASE remain this attentive at every appt & not just this initial one.

Great care nothing to improve!

I have never found a doctor like Dr. Carson. She listens to me without judgement and always gives me enough time to speak and ask questions. My goals are her goals for me. The nurses are the same. The front end ladies check me in and out and are always a delight as well. I really have found an excellent practice and support staff in all of these women! So how do you, Prisma improve? You could have this office be the model for how medical care should be across the board, they are amazing & Im truly blessed to have them in my corner for my health journey!!

Everyone did a great job

I felt respected from the moment I saw the receptionist and throughout the visit. I definitely had trust in all the staff at Prisma Northlake!

This was a very clean facility and was treated with complete up care. I don't say is there's I think there's a spot on what they're doing. Thank you.

Set up an initial appointment a couple of days prior to get release of information approval and have medical records from other facilities ready when there's actually an initial consultation rather than doing that during the initial consultation.

Excellent, professional staff.

Megan Carson, PA and staff were very helpful and professional during my visit. They answered my questions and made themselves available for any other questions I might have afterwards. Will definitely keep going there and referring them to anyone that need a PCP.
