Everything was excellent.

Make sure that the exam room is prepped, cleaned, and ready to go for the next patient. The bathrooms need to be clean more often, a patient should not have to go in behind someone that has urinated on the toilet. The exam table paper should be cleaned and ready for the next patient. Other than that, everything else was good.

No improvement needed! Keep doing what you are doing to make pts feel at ease while our visit at your facility!

Actually, Dr. McGarel and her nurse are so professional and warm and supportive this question does not apply. They have my complete confidence.

I don't think they're anything they could do different they was excellent to me.

Not obvious

The only thing I got done on that Done Today was Urinalysis. Nothing else has been done. No lab work because girls were at lunch and she said they could stay an hour so I left. Didn't feel like waiting an hour for someone to do lab work. Not the only doctor has "issues that were addressed today" that weren't.

Do not trust the My Chart system used on people of my age bracket as it is too confusing and unhuman. I have driven to the clinic to have lab results and appointments.

I really can't offer any other suggestions! My initial visit was excellent in all ways from the basic check up to the review of my medical history.

It appeared when taking 20 mins to check-in that none of my previous MyChart info was connected? It was a painful check-in. I'm not sure if she was a nurse that did vitals but could not spell medications I was taking without help. The doctor was excellent taking time to review history, possible tx & follow ups.

I took a couple of labs and things like that and no one actually called back and explained them to me. I could view them, but no one called me personally to explain or, you know, in case I had any extra questions. That's the only negative feedback that I can think of. Thank you.
