No issues!

I have no improvements. Dr. Michael Dougherty was fantastic. He was great with my kids and made a point to speak to them and make all 4 feel seen and included. He was much more intentional and compassionate than either of the pediatricians we have ever used! It's nice being seen by a doctor and not feeling like a number!

By being an attentive listener, by asking if my child medication is working and by offering suggestion about our next visit.

The initial appointment date was longer than l would have liked.

One way our doctor visit could have went way better is if the provider would have given me more answers instead of just telling me that the formula was the correct formula. I've waited since this child was born for answers because we knew something was wrong and I didn't get that at this visit. And I'm still left with no answers and my child no help. I'm very dissatisfied.

Get a new provider

We were warned prior to this appointment by several healthcare providers that if we were seen at this facility, to request a female. We were told that the male providers are very knowledgeable, but have horrible bedside manner. We ignored this, and gave the male physician a chance. Unfortunately, all that we had been warned about was true. There, in fact may not be any available medical intervention for my premature son with severe reflux, but I have always been told "It's not WHAT you say, it's HOW you say it". We left this appointment feeing completely hopeless.

I have nothing to add. They do a great job.

All the staff that we worked with have met our expectations so no suggestions for improvement at this time.
