The only thing I see that would need fixing is the lady's attitude that does the cast. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great.

We had a great experience. I guess one improvement you could do is just add some children wall stickers to make it a bit more friendly and inviting and less scary. Overall, we had a great experience, my daughter and I. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Everything was perfect .....And DR. Beckish is the best.....My other daughter broke her elbow and had to have surgery and I couldn't have asked for a Better doctor,!!!!!!

It would be great to give some tiny toy or a candy cane before Christmas to entertain the child so that the child wouldn't be so scared.

I truly do not think the Dr and is team could have done anything better it was an amazing experience.

The clinician who removed the cast did not explain to me the parent or the child what she was going to do. She grabbed his arm and started with the saw. As a healthcare professional I did not appreciate that. We should always explain what we are going to do before we touch a patient or begin any intervention
