Flawless from the beginning of the appt to the end! Great Dr. and office staff.

The waiting time for the hearing exam with this clinic was about 15 weeks....which is far too long. Therefore, I sought an alternative location and was able to get it done with an Audiologist within 3 days. Afterward, I was able to schedule a follow-up with this Prisma Health ENT physician the very next days...so that was great. By choosing another place to get the hearing exam done I was able to vastly expedite this issue. I really wish the Prisma schedulers would recommend this approach, especially to customers like me who have never had to have a hearing exam and did not fully realize how easy getting this type appointment can be (as opposed to say.....a neurologist or dermatologist whose wait times are insane). Also, some people probably feel like they have to and are required to get the exam done at the same location as their ENT physician's clinic. Hopefully Prisma does not train their schedulers to not recommend finding another place to get the hearing exam done since their wait time is grossly excessive......it should be encouraged for sake and health of the patient.

I had a pleasant experience considering how sick I felt. Everyone was very caring, respectful, and trustworthy.

The office visit went very well and I found Dr. Beasley and his staff to be very kind and thorough. My only concern was that they didn't wear gloves when they performed my biopsy. I'm not sure what the standard procedure is, but I thought any time there is a possibility of coming in contact with bodily fluids, gloves are worn. If someone could reach out to me and let me know what the protocol is, that would be helpful. Thanks very much.

I don't know that you could have done anything differently. I knew going in that my diagnosis wouldn't be the most pleasant to hear but I think Dr Beasley and his staff were incredible, caring, knowledgeable, and have a very proactive vibe that I feel very comfortable entrusting my care to.

This was, by far, the most satisfactory experience I've had in the Prisma network.

There is nothing that could be improved upon. Dr. Beasley is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. If my condition worsens, I feel like I am under the care of an excellent physician. I only wish all doctors were as caring.

The Nurse who escorted me down the hall and prepped the room for Dr. Michael Beasley was great and so was Dr. Michael Beasley. He had an exceptional bedside disposition, provided his professional opinion then allowed me to choose how I wanted to proceed with treatment and referral to a specialized ENT.

The provider was one of the best I have ever been treated by. Highly knowledgeable, professional, took the time to listen and understanding my problem to help find a solution. The facility could use a little refresh. Feels like a government office.

I waited 30 minutes in the exam room before the physician saw me. I understand a short wait, but half an hour is too long without an explanation.

My visit was 10+...I look forward to see Dr Beasley and his staff..

Dr. Beasley and staff were wonderful.

The nurse was giving me information regarding my health that I was not told. Therefore I would suggest the medical staff talk about not disclosing medical information to the patient unless you are the doctor. I feel the nurse was not clear on the reason for my visit because she asked why was I being seen. Therefore doctor did not seem like he was aware of my visit. He sent me for a hearing test to determine how he would treat the stuffiness in my ears. It took the doctor 45 minutes to come into the room , and then said the hearing test doctor should have sent me to another doctor. I felt unheard and that my complaints was not being acknowledged.

All was well.

Doctor scheduled CAT SCAN but I'm curious about what can be done in the future? Will CAT SCAN provide enough information for the doctor to determine what to do to obtain improvement

Yes, listening to the patient and answering questions as they speak about what their issues are or their concerns or if they don't understand something or they don't understand some of the wording that is being used, for instance, and being more respectful of the tone and attitude being placed instead of being told, They're not going to do this back and forth thing when you're asking questions to understand what's going on with your own health. And they're not wanting to answer them really and getting taking things too personally. But, you know, overall, I did not feel that this person was very helpful. Thank you.
