Dr. Wilson is very knowledgeable and doing an excellent job in my treatment.

All in all a successful visit like all my Prisma appointments. I'm never disappointed the care and concern offered. I've recently moved to the area and I'm happy that I've found a one stop shop to handle all my health care needs.

I have severe pain in my left hip when sitting or laying on the left side. Nothing noted in x-rays, except a little arthritis. No reason given for the pain except wear and tear. Will get a cortisone injection that may last for 2 months if I am lucky. Guess it is something I will have to live with and take some over the counter pain pills.

I didn't ask but one question. Perhaps the doctor could have told me how long it might take for the steroid shot to work. I.e, what to expect afterward in terms of pain relief.

Connecting with Prisma to MyChart as I came from northern part of country and used MyChart. I cannot link to Prisma / Epic for some reason.

None. A 4th year medical student did the initial examination. She was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Wilson was also excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I had a very good overall experience.

Visit was made with no problems to note.

I received some shots. One thing that could be better is better instructions for what to do after the provider left the room. I.e. how long could I stay in the room to recover (had pain after shots) and what was supposed to happen after I left the room. I needed to find a nurse who let me know it was OK to check out. Just a little clearer information would be great. Overall not a bad visit

N/A, Dr. Wilson, had a student doctor with her, I was impressed how she took her time to explain who I was and my medical background.

Dr. Wilson was very thorough, explained everything, and gave me instructions on what to do if I have a problem in the future.

Dr. Wilson is the best as far as an orthopedic in my opinion. Her staff is courteous and friendly. #1 Ortho in Greenville.

After entering the exam room and the door was shut it was over an hour before I saw anyone. I did not know if they had forgotten about me or had an emergency I was going to lunch. I had no idea what I was going on that is too long to sit in the exam room with the door shut not knowing or seeing anyone.

I received marvelous care from Dr. Wilson and every member of her team, from the x-ray tech, the intern, the doctor, and the people who checked us in and out. It was a marvelous experience and they were very efficient and thorough and respectful and I felt I was in good hands the whole way. Thank you.

I wish all Prisma nurses NP and doctors treated patients as human beings with care and compassion. The staff at this facility is a model for patient care.

Both MD and PA were very friendly and helpful when talking to me and asking questions. They both explained results of the new X-rays they took prior to my appointment.All staff were awesome

No way, I can think of. The wait inside the exam room was 1/2 hour, which was much longer than at my primary care doctor.

My experience was very pleasant and can't think of anything.

All my questions were answered and follow-up care was explained and another appointment was made. there was nothing else I needed at this time.

Dr. Wilson did a terrific job in explaining the issue, possible limitations, and helping me fix the situation. I see no improvement necessary.

She told me she would call me about the results of my MRI but as of two weeks later, I've never heard from her. She did not have any available appointments until a month after my MRI. I have since moved on to another specialist to care for my problem.

Overall great experience. Wait time after getting to the exam room was almost 90 minutes. Wish that had been shorter but I know everyone is busy.

All in all it was a successful visit with a great outcome. My appointment was quick and was treated with respect and care. Dr Wilson knew my health history and had a quick remedy. I must say, it's so very comforting to know I will be treated with such care , especially in such a chaotic world. Dr. Wilson is an exemplary role model of a true healer and physician. Kudos to Prisma for having the foresight to engage her on their team.

I. Wasn't able to.get assistant with help with someone asissiting me while l.waited in Lobby to be assisted in the Wheelchair to.go to my destination. I.had to.ask a walk in person to.help.me.i had called and ask.for assistant, they said someone would come, but no one came.

Give patient time to pay co payments especially if they are out of work or have been for 4 months. Your health is very important you be thinking about getting well not having bills or worrying if you have enough to pay after insurance pays

I had trouble getting an appointment online The date that I was offered was to far in the future I called and got an appointment exactly when I wanted it

When I was called from the lobby and taken back, the nurse that took me back said I needed to have x-rays. Then when I saw the doctor, the doctor asked me why I had x-rays. So I'm questioning if I had some very unnecessary x-rays.

Dr. Wilson treats me so well and cares about my wellbeing.

I wish the doctor had examined me directly and not let the medical student examine me on her own without supervision. The student was not knowledgeable about the areas that were painful tender and touched and made me move my arm and shoulder in ways that aggravated my sore spots. I also wish it had not taken so long to get an initial appointment but that seems to be a recurring problem with Prisma with all specialists.

It seemed as though the provider hadn't read through all of my medical history because a lot of questions were asked that might not have been if she had read through it.

Just great the way it is

I had 2 issues in addition to follow up on the original treatment for a shoulder pain. Before the appointment, I sent a message to my MD to ask if she treated foot problems, and the nurse said, Yes. And I already had an appointment coming up, so I planned to bring this 2nd issue at the upcoming appointment. But instead of getting help I was told to make an appointment with a podiatrist at another clinic. So I lost time. And for the 2nd issue I'd wanted help with, I was told to make another appointment. And the first available was 3-4 weeks away. And since I'd waited until this appointment, because it was already upcoming, I lost time and didn't get care for the third need I had. I have never felt so ignored by a doctor in my entire experience. No time for me. No patience for me. Just make another appointment. I think that shows an attitude about this particular clinic, not Prisma in general, that is far below the standard of care in this area. So you have a communications issue, or a staffing issue where you can only talk to the doctor about a single issue at one appointment. How will that work out for you. Wont patients start to make extra, just in case. appointments and then cancel some of them?

Scheduling is almost comic if it wasn't so restating for the patient. Waiting for months is dangerous for many people. Do you really need that many patients? They would be better off calling around anywhere than waiting over 4 weeks. The bean counters who control all actions now are the cause. Not the ooor scheduler who takes the patients wrath! To me this is a blight on Greenville's reputation.

I had an early morning appointment yet i sat in the prep room for 30 minutes so i cannot fathom how at 8:30 in the morning things get that backed up

Hi. So I think it's really professional when a person comes up to you and they greet you by name, which everyone did, but then they give their name and tell who they are. Like I was speaking with someone, I thought she was the nurse. She ended up being the x-ray tech. And then I went into the x-ray room and that person didn't introduce themselves or tell me what they were doing. I mean, I assumed they were. Everybody was nice. Oh, very, very nice. that can amp up the professional impression. And then when I was taken back to my room, the person who escorted me didn't introduce themselves and it turned out that was the doctor's nurse, but I didn't know that. So there's no way to tell who's a receptionist, who's the x-ray tech, who's the nurse. A lot of times badges, sometimes get turned around. I don't think that's intentional. But if you introduce yourself

This was my first visit and I cannot say enough positive things about my visit. From checking in to x-rays to meeting with Dr. Wilson, to checking out, all was easy and everyone was kind and helpful! All I can say is thank you!

Honestly, I don't think my experience with the expertise of Dr. Wilson can be improved upon. Her professional assessment and hands - on skills were beyond my expectations. She is a credit to her field.

All in all a great follow up visit. Dr. Wilson sat down after examining my past injury and then went over any of my concerns. She was patient and I didn't get the impression that she was in a hurry. Very personable and kind to me.

All in all a positive visit from beginning to end. My appointment needed to be moved up and the office was very accommodating to my needs. I'm sure I was squeezed in between appointments, but you would never know. Dr. Wilson spent more than adequate time with me. Listened to my queries and took extra steps without delay to alleviate my pain. I'm so impressed with all of my interactions at this location. I will be recommending this organization for all of my friends medical needs.

There for a doctor appt and told a "financial provider " will meet with you first. It was a demand payment! How dare to ambush someone!
