I had a very good experience. The doctor was very nice. In fact, everybody there was very nice and polite. The only problem I have is that the medication that was given me doesn't seem to be working. I'm still in a lot of pain and I'll probably address that in the next day or two. I'm trying to give it a chance to work. But other than that, I'm okay.

The staff is polite always smiling gives information that is needed the office is clean no long wait time on arrival very please.

I was told everything that I already knew. Unfortunately no one can help me until I lose enough weight. The Dr. didn't even touch my knee or check for swelling etc. I guess there is no need until I lose weight. But he seemed like a nice respectable Dr.

It was a sports injury and the surgeon and staff understood our concerns and may them feel important and addressed the issue.

I really don't have any sugguestions, I was completely satisfied with everything.

Honestly, there's nothing I would change. Dr. Plymale and the entire orthopedic team run a tight ship. Communication was clear, everyone was professional, and I always felt supported, respected, and well cared for throughout my treatment.

Coordinated the physical therapy appointment. As of now, I have physical therapy on the same day as my follow up

I can't think of anything. The assistant to Dr. Plymale actually played tennis and we discussed that some. So it was a very friendly and positive visit.

In my world, everything was perfect. I just appreciate that the VA allowed me to come and receive care from this facility. My only challenge was that it took so long for the system to work in my favor. But definitely no it will held toward either institution. I'm just glad that I was able to get surgery, physical therapy and any follow on appointments that I need to repair what has been broken. Happy holidays to you all!

Support would be , more doctors and faster appointments ,seems waiting with pain is Hard ,scheduling in todays times seems lacking .

It's 7, 12 at night, some people have to work midnight shift, and then the lady did not have my right chart. She had somebody else's chart accusing me of somebody else.

If you want to know whether the staff washed their hands, please install a sink with soap and water in the room!

Honestly, this was an excellent visit. I felt like I was heard and respected, and that Dr. Plymale met my symptoms and care with the seriousness they deserve. We discussed options and I am comfortable with the direction we are going.

I'm grateful for the care I received. I wish I had come sooner.

Dr didn't seem very concerned and was very quick to just want to give meds instead of any diagnostics. I want to know why I am in pain. Not to just mask the pain.

If you want staff and doctors to wash their hands add a sink and hot water to the rooms. What you don't want is the spread of germs and bacteria or viruses because you went to the doctor's office. That's nasty please do better.

Everything was great.. Only possible thing to improve is to some how have access to share images from the VA... i.e. x-rays, MRIs, etc...

When being told how to support injury, a visual example could be helpful. In the moment, I forgot to ask a couple of questions that I thought of afterwards. Great care & staff!

It was an assistant doctor accompanying Dr. Plymale, but she was not introduced to me, which I thought was odd.

The appointment was supposed to be at 9 20 and I didn't see him until after 10. They could improve, um, getting people doing a better job of scheduling time appropriately. Okay. Thank you.

I was there 10 minutes prior to my appointment and didn't get brought back to see doctor for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. That's terrible

There isn't one! You were all respectful, knowledgeable and I feel almost bad for the PA that listened to my stories about my degenerating knee and what influences my levels of pain etc. I really appreciated your clinic. I loved the fact that after the X-Ray Dr. Plymale walks in and says "your knee is a mess". I already knew what he was going to say but it was nice to get a definitive answer and path to a lesser pain filled existence. Thanks again!

I have truly had the best service at all 5 of the Prisma Health facilities I have been to during the past months with this fractored wrist and surgery . My only complaint would be the billing, etc. I would like to get a invoice with price of services when they are render. Not trying to figure it out months later or where the invoice might be coming from. Also from working in accounting myself I find the billing department lacking when after weeks/month of services they can not (or will not) tell you the cost of a procedure you had.

Thinking about this more broadly than just my situation, while applicable to my situation, please consider ergonomics and more appropriate seating in rooms once you're called back. The PAs who guide you back to your waiting room and say "sit anywhere you like".... Well I don't like any of these options. For ortho patients, in my case a knee, there are no places to prop up or support your leg, the table is fine to lay back on for a bit, however it is miserable to sit up on, for orthopedic or non-orthopedic patients, and I question whether adults want to engage a specialist physician who is at their side while laying down. It is as if we are laying or sitting on top of a carpenter's workshop bench.

Dr. Plymale and his staff have been great through the entire recovery.

I would have liked to have had handouts to read to be prepared for my next appointment as to exercises or exactly what I'm supposed to do in my post-operative period before my next follow-up. And I did not get any handout information that I could bring home with me.
