Dr Lombardi and staff are excellent.

I have no qualms about the trust and respect I received at my appointment with Dr. Lombardi. I feel completely respected, completely supported by the staff, informed, educated, and uplifted.

There is no other way I need nothing more. I'm well taken care of. All my needs are always met when I go to my doctor's office. I'm well satisfied with her service. She's the best.

My last 2 attempts to make an appt have gone sideways. On my previous appt I got a text as I pulled onto the parking lot that there had been a mistake and that I would need to reschedule. For this appt, the lady on the phone gave me an appt time for the following day of 9:20. At 8:20 on the day of the appt I received a message asking if I had arrived for my 8:20....

Everything went well. No problems. Dr Lombardi is wonderful.

Excellent doctor and nurse

The doctor is fantastic. But the nurse/coordinator not so much. He was dismissive and did not follow the doctor verbal instructions.

I don't appreciate that the little notes and humorous clippings have been removed from the lab area. It gives a sterile unfriendly feel and lacks personality. Also all reading material and Bibles removed from the waiting area give it a very unfriendly unwelcoming feel. I think it would do Prisma well to remember that we patients are people not robots and personal touches mean a lot. The sterile unwelcoming environment is not appreciated. My not recommending this place has nothing to do with the people there , they are exceptional it is the business of Prisma that I would not recommend.

Dr Lombardi is the embodiment of professionalism, very warm, feels like you're having a conversation with an old friend. Khristie was the ANP who took care of me and was equally lovely.

The care I receive from Dr. Lombardi is impeccable at every appointment. There is nothing that can be improved with her or anyone else there. I have never felt more safe, listened to, and cared for at another doctors office.

Actually listen to my concerns and not passing the buck to another specialist. Stop blaming depression! Super disappointed, I thought she was different. She said she was going to get to the bottom of my problems and the next appointment was dismissive.

The only negative was the bathroom. It was as clean as an older much used bathroom could be. I know that is very minor, but it was the only negative during my visit. On a positive note, I wanted to say something about Dr. Lombardi. She is wonderful! Knowledgeable. Caring. Friendly with great bedside manner. It was my first time seeing her and I was very impressed. I've seen many doctors in my life and she ranks in my top 3.

Dr Lombardi is just wonderful. She listens & explains her thinking when it comes to my health & what steps to take. Her staff is friendly & efficient. The only thing I'm concerned about now are any charges I have encured. I have not been asked for a co-payment the last 2 visits plus I had an EKG done on 12/02. I don't want to be surprised by a large bill that needs to be paid immediately! I will call the facility to find out.

Dr.Lombardi was very respectful and knowledgeable about my issue.The nurse was awesome and the office personal were very friendly and polite.

Reception could be more understanding to people that have a hearing problem especially when they've been told about the issue and to speak up.

Nothing really , the entire staff was pleasant and the dr very communicative and clear. Every one did a wonderful job. And even though I am a compulsively early person and prepared to wait , there is never a long wait time at Simpsonville Family Medicine. It was a pleasure meeting my new dr .

Dr. Lombardi was very nice, energetic and interested in the reason why I needed the knee replacement surgery completed. She kept me fully informed about her actions and offered any support I need to get the pre-surgery completed.
