I always like to see a doctor and I was told I could only see the PA first that frustrated me

I came in to have a surgical cast removed and a permanent cast put on. The medical service I received was both extraordinary and professional.

All is well. I'm excited about my forthcoming procedure w/Dr. Wilson.

I had no problems. All went well.

Not sure? I believe they answered all my questions. I guess that's all I can ask for.

Everyone went above and beyond to help me there's nothing more that they could've done and I am very grateful

I appreciated the fact that my concerns about my blood sugar were considered. Shots would give quick easy relief but could cause other problems.

Everything was perfect about my visit from the receptionist to my health provider. Can not think of anything that I would suggest to improve. Office was very clean and all people that I talked to were friendly and informative.

The physical therapy appointment was quite delayed, but it was not the physical therapist's fault. I think he was overscheduled.

When the nurse determined what was wrong with me, the doctor did not have enough respect to come in and see me himself. He sent his PA. Since this was my first visit, I believe I should have seen the doctor. I didn't drive 45 minutes and pay a copy of $75.00 to see an assistant!!

The nurse/tech was pretty awful. Unsolicited comment re Rx Gloves then proceeded to open drawers with gloves Extremely rough during excision removal Caused wound to bleed

Maybe if I should consider surgery to replace steroids

A chocolate shake no just kidding the hand center is one of my favorite places love the staff I feel better when I leave after my treatment

I wanted to research the procedure recommended and was given a brochure to review. I suggest the PA tell me how to make an appointment to go ahead with the procedure. I've left a few messages for her assistant to advise I want the procedure. Perhaps I am supposed to follow the phone prompt related to making an appointment; really not sure. Knowing the next steps at conclusion of the exam would have been helpful. Thank you.

Check out clerk was non-responsive to my need for a proper therapy appointment scheduling and it was so bad that I am considering moving my treatment elsewhere because of a disconnect between the doctor and the therapy unit. Very disconnected. Feel as a patient that I was dropped between doctor and therapy unit.
