No issues with the visit from arrival to departure. All staff were courteous and helpful.

I asked about how much pain I might be in from the cortisone shots in my thumbs because I had critical deadlines that day and I was actually in a whole lot of pain that day and the next day, which I wasn't really expecting. I would have possibly postponed if I had known, but that might not be the provider's fault.

I had a very positive experience during my visits at the Hand Center. Nothing negative to report.

This was the first time I have had an appointment with the Hand Center. I was able to get an appointment soon and the staff was very kind, personable and professional. Morgan Wilson was great and so was her staff. She explained the problem I was having and was able to help me.

This was my first visit to this facility. Actually I was able to get an appointment much sooner than I thought. Everyone was kind, personable and professional. The receptionist s were very kind and helpful. I did not have to wait long. The nurse that called me back was great. I really liked Morgan. She addressed my problem and gave me options and methods of treatment. She was also very kind, professional and easy to talk to. I would also like to note that I was accompanied by my special needs son and everyone was kind to him and talked to him. I really appreciated that

No way, those items are already there. Morgan is very professional and very caring. She's such a sweet young lady. She shows empathy for the arthritis pain I'm suffering with.

The only thing that could have improved my visit, would be if a lidocaine spray or injection was used first before the cortisone. It was very painful. I have had shoulder and back injections for over 20 years. Maybe the hand is just more sensitive

I had a hard time getting an appointment. A registration person help me fit into the schedule. I'm thankful for that . I had been in pain for close to a month

I came in to have a surgical cast removed and a permanent cast put on. The medical service I received was both extraordinary and professional.

I appreciated the fact that my concerns about my blood sugar were considered. Shots would give quick easy relief but could cause other problems.

The physical therapy appointment was quite delayed, but it was not the physical therapist's fault. I think he was overscheduled.

When the nurse determined what was wrong with me, the doctor did not have enough respect to come in and see me himself. He sent his PA. Since this was my first visit, I believe I should have seen the doctor. I didn't drive 45 minutes and pay a copy of $75.00 to see an assistant!!
