A native of Easley, South Carolina, Nathan Gilreath, MD, provides comprehensive and compassionate care to the people of Upstate South Carolina.
After completing his undergraduate studies at Wofford College in Greenville, South Carolina, Dr. Gilreath received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He then completed his OB/GYN residency at Prisma Health in Greenville. His special interests include gynecologic health, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and high-risk pregnancy care. He is a strong believer in a patient-centered approach, taking the time to get to know each person to develop a tailored plan for her health.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Gilreath cherishes time with his family, including his two children. He is a devoted fan of Clemson football and enjoys spending his free time on the lake.
