We got an appointment, the agreement to place tubes in my baby and the girl at registration had no idea why we were checking out what I needed to schedule and told me that a different surgeon scheduler was off that week and would be calling me next week. I called three days after the appointment and the scheduler let me know that she only It would have taken three weeks to call had I not called myself to schedule the tubes when the doctor told us that we would have it before Thanksgiving.

Dr Alexander is probably the best ENT I've ever encountered. Him and his staff are super professional, but also personable. They're absolutely wonderful and I tell all our friends to go to him.

The facility was nasty. All the staff was nice and fine, but I couldn't believe how gross everything was. There were stains, dust bunnies, and wads of hair in the floor of the waiting room. In the exam room we were in, the floor was also stained with what looked like blood. The baseboards were dirty, the chair for the exam appeared dirty everywhere except the top surface.

The doctor took his time with us and didn't make us feel rushed.
