Yes, I guess we need to talk a little more about the Botox shots, because I'm not sure they're doing any good. Oh, Dr. McCallum, I'm sorry. I got the wrong doctor. He did a good job on everything. Just mark him for everything. I have no comments. I'm not sure if it's going to help the shoulder, but it's the best option we had to try. So just, yeah, he did a good job. I'm sorry. I thought it was a different doctor when I was first talking. Thank you very much.

If it was at all possible, get me in sooner. I was in extreme pain & couldn't walk without assistance. Maybe allot each day with a little space for emergencies.

Keep up the good job you are doing now. The only thing I would suggest is that the communication via the system isn't simple and user friendly. It has a lot of instructions and also the lines are busy. It takes to much waiting time.

Over the years, Dr. McCallum has provided excellent care to my wife and me. His skills as a surgeon and physician are matched by a caring, considerate bedside manner. I think the world of him and would recommend him highly to anyone needing orthopedic care.

No suggestions everything was excellent the staff very friendly and Dr McCallum let me know what we would do in the future if needed.

I really can't think of anything Dr McCallum's office is so great, so efficient and responsive. Always on time and responsive.

I was in good hands, Dr. McCallum has been the one that has help me the most starting out with my health issue. I trust him completely. He has did 2 knee surgeries and shoulder, so yes in good hands.

Maybe going over some possible side effects and dos and don'ts for cortisone shot in knee. Was my 1st time. But, the care and procedure was very professional and on point. And, he was adamant that if I had any questions to use mychart, which is a great portal for patients. My experience was a 10/10 in my opinion.

I could not have received better care!

No improvement needed as far as my visit went - there was a glitch on my chart to where I did not see the After Visit Summary - I was offered a paper copy when checking out but thought I would just look at it on my chart, but it wasn't there. I stopped at the office today and had them print it out, which they did in less than 5 minutes.

It was perfect

My appt was at 9:30. A name similar to my last name was called and someone went back. I sat in the waiting room until 11:15 before I went back. My last name was mispronounced and was never called again as they thought it was me. The receptionist called back to the nurses and they said I had already been seen but I hadn't. I know this isn't the normal but it caused me to miss a physical therapy appt but I was able to reschedule for another day. Apologies were given by a nurse and by the doctor. He assured me that it wouldn't happen again. Maybe a first and last name needs to be called together to make sure that they have the right patient.

The wait was a little longer after I arrived but I understand.
