I thought everything was done professionally.

My visit with Dr. Siffri was very, very fine. I am most gratefule for his care. However, the scheduler (for following visits) definitely did not know her way around the spread sheet. It took longer to check out (25 minutes) than just about the rest of the visit. Worse yet, she blamed the system, or someone else when she couldn't find information. She also made a couple of mistakes -- scheduled on the wrong day and the wrong office -- that I had to correct.

Could not have improved the visit. Everything went well.

The only thing I did not like was. The doctor seemed like he was in and out of exam room so fast. I wanted to ask him a couple questions. And before I knew what he was gone. When I communicate with you? I have to take and sit down to my chart and write a note.

Not sure if there was/isanyway you could approve my trust...Dr Siffri was a pleasure to deal with very clear very down to earth and explained in clear Layman's terms exactly what was going on and although it's not been 24 hours since my shot....at this point in time the pain is gone

They had the wrong leg noted for my appointment and wasn't sure if my leg that had my X-ray and mri info already to review from my primary doctor would need to have another X-ray before I was to go to the room to see my doctor. When I saw the doctor he explained to me why he wanted another X-ray that showed what he needed to see that wasn't on the original.

I would have liked if I could have gotten an appointment sooner from dr siffris referral I've been in pain quite sometime with my right shoulder with no one offering me anything for pain. I'm not a drug seeker and felt as if that is what they thought. Now I have to wait another 3 and a half more weeks to the dr that dr siffri revered me to. I know the practice is busy but I've been in pain quite some time.

No, nothing. A nurse or technician only took information. Doctor looked at scans and reviewed information and then did cortisone injection and we talked about changing medication because the current one was not working and that I needed to call his NP to make arrangements to get another osteoporosis medication ASAP .

I can't possibly think of any improvement I would suggest. My care at this facility, or any Steadman Hawkins facility, has always been top-notch.

Dr walked into room with his cell phone in his hand. Didn't sanitize his hands and came straight to me and removed steri-strips from my wound.

The Doctor seemed very rushed. Came in allowed to me to explain what was going on. No discussion of next steps, but rather took the decision upon himself with no input or diss issue with me. Doesn't explain why the next injection is only it needs to be approved by insurance shakes my hand says set up an appointment for 3 weeks. Walks out. Rather underwhelming. Definitely feel unheard and unseen. If it were up to me, I would change my orthopedic doctor immediately.

Very satisfied, was worked in to his schedule in short notice, I was relived and appreciated the efforts of Prisma.

I was very happy with my visit.

Don't ask patients to sign paperwork they can't see at check-in. Spend more time talking to the patient. Think about what is best for the patient and not just treat like a flowchart.

Be prepared. This visit was an absolute waste of time.

I guess my thought was that with the incident that happened at therapy that we would take an x-Ray to make sure there was no damage to my knee so I could proceed with therapy without worrying about damaging it.

Dr. Siffri appears to be very knowledgeable but moves his appointments along like an assembly line so there's not much time to ask questions or talk about various options. I had to ask his assistant questions and I felt like I was imposing doing so.

Dr. Sifri and his staff were wonderful.

Notified me that you could not access my MRI, so I could have ensured it was transferred. I was told that Prisma and Bon Secours can see all records from each other. You cannot.

Appointment went very well.

This is not unique to Dr. Siffri, whom I deeply respect, but more of a general comment, that I always feel that the clock is ticking and if have have questions or really want to discuss a plan to treat my issues, I'd better hurry. The emphasis during any appointments seems to be on the quantity of appointments vs. the quality of the visit to ensure clear understanding and confidence in how the issue will be treated.

All support and encouragement were there for me. Nothing was lacking.

The service and attention to detail regarding my visit at the facility is by far the best service I've ever received. Everything was done punctual and to the point and very professional. I can definitely recommend Steadman Hawkins facility. Dr Siffri explained to me what needed to be done. I was there for 20 minutes and I left without any pain in my knees. The best I felt in 25 years.

I felt very rushed. I miss the days of the doctor giving you more time.

The facility floors were not clean. But everything else with 5 stars from the doctor first and foremost and the support staff excellent professional

None. Anytime I have visited Dr. SIFFRI and his staff at both Steadman Hawkins locations I have never had any issues. Everything goes well from the moment I walk into the facilities to the moment I walk out. I am very pleased as a patient and will continue to have my care provided by Prism and their doctors.

Doctor was unaware of the fact that I had work done on the same knee about a decade ago. When I said that, and it was another Steadman Hawkins provider, he found the images quickly.

They are so efficient and organized. My appt was at 2.00. I did e check in at home. I got there at 1.20. I was done and in my car on the way home at 1.45, before my appt was to start.
