It was a perfect visit. My husband and I were blown away with the hospitality and welcoming of the staff. Our nurse was extremely sweet and very attentive. It was evident that she had read and reviewed my files that were sent from the previous plastic surgeon. The doctor ran over just a few minutes and she went out of her way to let us know that he was coming and apologize for the wait, even though it was not more than five minutes past our appointment time Dr. Haines did an excellent job and was very thorough with all explanations and questions that he answered for us. He took his time and we did not feel rushed at all.

My experience with the Dr. Haines and his team during my breast explant, reduction, & lift was truly exceptional. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, I felt listened to, cared for, and treated with genuine compassion. The medical staff was not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind, which made a significant difference during such a vulnerable and emotional time in my life. One way trust and respect could have been further enhanced-though I already felt very supported-would have been offering more space for open conversation about the emotional aspects of the journey. While the clinical care was top-notch, a simple check-in about how I was feeling mentally and emotionally could have added an extra layer of personal connection. Sometimes, even a small acknowledgment of the emotional weight that comes with this kind of decision can deepen the patient-provider relationship. Nonetheless, l still, I walked away from this experience feeling empowered, respected, and deeply grateful for the excellent care I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone considering this path.

My care was perfectly fine

Nothing at all. Service and interactions with staff and nurses was exemplary.

I got no concrete answers just more waiting. I was hoping for rib X-rays but it did't happen. I was told I would get a call, I didn't! Very much a waist of Both of our time. I asked for Anything for pain - Nothing ...

My visit with Dr. Peter Haynes was great. He was very helpful. He answered all my questions. The nurses, they were great. They were nice. They were sweet. Anything I needed or needed to know, they let me know. And overall, I would recommend someone or anyone there.

The location of the buildings in the complex are a bit confusing. The Richland complex has on line maps. Didn't find a similar thing for Parkridge

I had an exceptional experience

I would've liked a sooner appointment, however the staff was amazing and courteous and informative, they made me feel comfortable and did not make me feel as if they were judging me, as I've had providers do in the past. Dr. Haines and his lovely assistant were the best I could have asked for and I look forward to seeing them again!
