I like this doctor and the practice everybody is courteous everybody is kind and the doctor really listens to my questions and also my concerns and he offers Solutions. I always feel heard and understood

This was my first visit with Dr. Stonecypher, and it was very productive. It's probably unreasonable at this stage, but it would have been helpful to know what are my treatment options, pros/cons of each, etc.

Didn't need, there is no message to actually leave. Care was great. Everything was answered. So I don't see how you can improve any better than these are.

Speed up the appointment. Too much wasted time waiting for the to come in. 2 hours in a little long.

Dr. Stonecypher has always listened and has been very courteous and supportive. I can't say that about all doctors. I think he treats me respectfully and really listens and I think he chooses the right treatment decisions as best he can. I trust him and I can't say that about all doctors as well.

Time in waiting room was a little long probably 15 minutes. But if the doctor is behind schedule, waiting room is better than treatment cubical. Some physicians have a "scoreboard". Doctor is currently "on time", 5 minutes late, 10 minutes late, etc. I like that system, although doctors should not be rated for "on time" performance. Too many valid variables. I just prefer to know status. Also, if doctor is chronically late, change appointment times to reflect reality.

Dr Stonecypher is a terrific doctor. Very communicative and answered our concerns as they arose during the course of treatment.

This office has no opportunities. They are amazing. I have had two surgeries and multiple injections and have never had an issue with anyone

The trust and respect I have felt under Dr. Stonecypher's care have been nothing short of amazing. He and his staff have cared about me personally. On this visit, Dr. Stonecypher recommended exercises to build my knee strength. He actually demonstrated how to properly do each exercise. I am so grateful for the care he has provided me. I think I am on my way back to where I started before my injury!

I didn't get an appointment when I needed. My back was really hurting bad. I didn't get an appointment for over a week. That shouldn't be when you're in a lot of pain.

Not too easy to judge people the way they appear in person. You can't judge a book by its cover, and it'd be better if more people understood that and took a chance to get to know.

not sure, maybe look deeper into the whole issue of the spine and hip and refer to a specialist who could look at both issues . however the doctor covered the questions regarding injection therapy and other therapies beside surgery. Surgery was not on my list of wanting to do at this time. The doctor was very professional and i felt very safe in his care which is a big plus.

I think this might help the patient: When prepping the fingers for steroid injection, the topical spray to numb the finger needs to stay on a few minutes longer before injecting the steroid. The numbing occured after the steroid was already injected and was very painful.

Everyone was friendly towards me. Dr. Stonecypher took interest and appropriate concern regarding my concerns and ongoing treatment. It is what I would expect and I am happy with my first experience with this orthopedist.

I cannot think of anything that would improve upon the treatment that I received. Everyone was courteous, professional, informative and I can say that I have never received better treatment. So far, the injections given by Dr. Stonecypher have worked far beyond what I expected, and I am looking forward to continuing these treatments in the future.
