I have been a patient at Steadman Hopkins for many years and I have always been very happy with support and care I received from Dr. Wessinger and his team there.

When having nurse put my boot brace on she suggested I take a video which was a good idea! However, I suggest the nurse have patient practice once before leaving. Nurse was good at it but my video was not so good.

Need to get appointments when needed. Took 3 weeks to get this appointment. Then there was an ice storm but only waited 2 days for another appointment with a different provider.

If everyone smiled or nodded as you passed them in the lobby and hallways because they need to remember we're not there for fun.

The visit to Dr. Wessinger's office was very helpful in many ways, but the nurse assistant who placed the band upon my injured leg did not say how long to keep it on or how often it should be taken off. In other words, I did not know, you know, how, basically how long to wear it each day, when to take it off, and other questions like that that had to do with the use of the band. She did put it on very well, though, and is to be commended for that. Thank you. Have a blessed day. Bye.

I don't think you could have improved on anything. I was very satisfied with my care !

I've been dealing with a lot of pain and Dr. Wessinger figured out quickly what was wrong and gave me a direction to go in. I have seen several other doctors even a chiropractor with no difference in change of pain. I really feel like I'm finally going in an upward direction. I'm very thankful. He was polite to the point and I appreciate that.

More detail in my shoulder pain and not a generic arthritis. I know exactly when I pulled my rotator cuff and have osteoarthritis throughout my skeleton so wanted to learn more about cuff injury or ligaments, etc. the injection went well and has given me some relief and I'm grateful

It was a very pleasant experience even though I was there for a terrible reason (knee injury). My wait times were minimal, everyone was kind and helpful, and I left knowing exactly what my next steps were. I was told I would receive an email with directions and exercises and it happened faster than I expected. This was an A++ visit all around.

My doctor seemed to be in a hurry and spent maybe 5 minutes with me. He is not usually like this, but the lady who scheduled my MRI spent more time with me. She also offered more information on pain management.

It was a great visit. Dr. Wessinger and staff couldn't have been better. I am fortunate to have all my Prisma physicians and facilities.

It was a positive experience, he listened carefully to what I had to say, asked great questions and gave me a lot of good information as well.

I think that Prisma should go back to providing valet parking. Especially because Hillcrest is up on a hill and it is definitely hard to walk up to their door work a walker.

There is nothing i could recommend. The visit went well beyond my expectations. I got xrays and went right back to see the doctor. I didn't have to make separate visits to get xrays then see the doctor. The staff was exceptionally pleasant. Helpfully and courteous. The doctor listened to me and my wants. I'm very thankful for my doctor.

My only issue with the whole process was the referral that was supposed to be a call to me. Two weeks later, I went in person to the office and the very nice receptionist got me an appointment right away. She seemed confused as to why I had not received a call.?????

It was a very good visit.

Nothing, I was seen immediately, xrayed, and treated by the physician in approximately 20 minutes. This is the best medical experience I can remember. Love the whole experience!!

Dr. Wessinger was great. The only complaint I have is for in between the ER and then getting the referral because I had a hard time figuring out who would refill my oxycodone for me. Luckily it was only a week and I just about made it, not really. And that was a very ambiguous situation. But as far as Dr. Wessinger, everything he did was great.
