Dr Allan is a one in a million doctor. She is personable, kind, caring and thorough. Being in her care has set the bar much higher for other doctors, she is wonderful and fabulous and has mad my health 100% better. I truly have faith in her and her staff. They all exceeded way beyond anything I could have ever expected.

Perhaps update me a little bit better on the schedule of my appointment - if they were running behind or not. I was taken back at least 10 minutes after my appointment time with other people coming in after me but taken back before me.

Everything was great. I was very pleased.

The only criticism I would have is it was our first visit and we had no idea that we were allowed to park in that parking garage until we parked very far away and went to the top and they said, oh, yeah, you can park there. This is the code. So that would have been nice to know before we came for our visit. Thank you.

The staff member at the check-out desk was kind of rude. After I stand at the check-out counter, the staff member kept typing on the computer for more than 5 minutes. The check-out process was rushed.

I trust whole staff. no improvement.

There was a conversation to begin the appointment that let me get to know my provider and everything was explained to me before it was done.

A nurse mentioned getting my flu shot but forgot. No biggy

I like the nurse a lot, she was so patient with me.

Excellent care

My PCP office normally complete blood pressure readings using the cup and stethoscope which gives a more accurate readying. The machines especially if not properly calibrated can be off with readings. My reading was higher than usual but I did park in the wrong garage and did lots of walking and rushing to get into the appointment. Suggestion is to do manual readings if the machines especially has a higher than normal rate.

Dr. Allan was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Some of the things that she offered, I appreciated. And she went as far as she could go with that appointment for the time being. So I enjoyed her very much so and look forward to continuing working with her.

Dr. Allan was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I really liked how she told me exactly what she was doing. And she responded to my messages via my chart quickly.
