I had a great first visit with Dr. Braun. The facility and the treatment room were just fine. I scheduled my next visit and look forward to it.

I wish I could have been a patient for the needed surgery, however, the Physician, Dr. Braun gave me a reality check regarding my age. That is the way each day of life seems to b e these days...daily reality checks. Thank goodness, Dr. Braun does not sugar coat anything. His assessments are direct an d comprehensive.

It just did not feel like it was a productive appointment. I felt dismissed and told to do things that are not helpful, or will take months to fix when there is an easier solution. Which I have received before.

Dr. Braun was not informed that I had arrived (on time) for my appointment. After 16 minutes, I double-checked with the front desk. A few minutes later a nurse came for me. Dr. Braun had been waiting. It did seem unusually busy at the facility.

Felt like I was intruding on his day. I can't trim my nails anymore and had an ingrown toenail I got fixed myself so he said "you're not diabetic?No, I'm not. And you want your nails trimmed." Yes so I'm then informed my insurance probably won't cover the visit. Because I'm not diabetic. If I need anything to call . Not a comfortable environment.

Dr Braun takes care of my calluses on my feet. In order to maintain them it requires seeing him every 3 months or they grow to the point it's uncomfortable and feels like walking on a stone. Until this past visit I have been able to see him every 3 months, but at checkout this time the earliest I could see him was 4 months. This is a problem for me and I will start to have that sensation of walking on a stone before I can see him. This is a legitimate complaint that needs to be corrected.

The soonest appointment for a 2nd visit is 4 months from now although the doctor said every 2 months would be appropriate. But he also said that I could go to a regular nail salon. I felt he was dismissive and I hope I can find another person who will care for my toenails on a more regular basis.

The only way it could have been better....This MD is very good, and perhaps as a result, it is hard to get an appointment when needed. I had to wait months

Will not come back. Doctor was very unprofessional. Had no gloves on. My appointment was to do my toe and he refused and barely scraped a little skin off. Awful Awful, very mad. Paid to much for a doctor to do nothing. Will report to the better business bureau.

I waited 20 min to see the doctor. The waiting room was empty. The evaluation was short. The office sent me to an office in the same building that did not see patients for orthotics. The front desk person was on a rounding call with her boss and tried to talk to me and her boss at the same time. Not very customer friendly. Don't you all communicate from the 3rd to the Second floor?

Dr. Braun and his staff are doing everything right to provide me with care that is professional and efficient while making it clear they see me as an individual human being, not just "whoever is next".

You did a great job. We needed to be home in a timely fashion after appointment and had called the office to see if appointments were on time. We got there early and they took,us early because they aware I had called. So very thoughtful and kind. We really appreciated that!

Doctors should have read a doctor's order, did not follow.

I thought the receptionist was a little bit impersonal. She really talked like a machine rather than a person. I felt like one of the cattle was being herded in. The other issue was I came expecting to have my right toenail, ingrown toenail, extracted because Dr. Braun had looked at it three years ago but did my left foot. So I thought I was getting my right great toe done. However, he said he could only look at it and I had to schedule another appointment to come back and have the right ingrown toenail removed at a later date. That was very inconvenient and I don't understand the mechanics of that.

I can't think of anything you could do differently. I had a great experience, from parking, to reception, to the wait time, to Dr. Braun's patience, expertise, talent for explaining the issue with my foot clearly and with a depth appropriate to the level of my questions, and with the outcome of the appointment. We're fortunate to have Dr. Braun, and your facility, in our city.

I never have a nurse doing my appointments. My doctor handles everything he needs. He does it all, so awesome. There was a helper awhile back but he's a one man show.

Not have to walk thru the business office to get to exam room

Ask the front desk, the check-in area, to refrain from reciting insurance coverage and scholarship status loudly (or at all) so that other patients heard her. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. It is also none of her concern.

Dr Braun is way over loaded with patients To schedule the appointment for next visit instead of 3 months it takes 5 months. One time needed to cancel an appointment and to be able to reschedule it took 3 months. I think I have no choice but to change practice and doctor.

My nails grow awkwardly every two months and I asked for next appointment in two months because it cuts my skin. The provider said that Medicare may not approve it. Why cannot he ask Medicare that it is medically necessary ? Instead he gave appointment after 4 months. I pay enough money for my health care and it should be covered. What he said is not right.

Nothing, I didn't even have to doc anything he was able to look at my foot and shoulder and tell me what was wrong with me and able to fix it something that took four years only a few minutes of his time I felt better! So grateful that he took the time out for me unlike other doctors I have been into before, and his nurses was wonderful and very polite, from the front door inside until the time I left! I felt blessed!!

We were real pleased with the doctors, the way the faculty treated us. Everything was nice and clean and we were real pleased with everything.

Urgent care referred me 2 MONTHS AGO! My toe nail was torn off and I had an infection around that area. Thankfully, my daughter, who is a nurse, told me what to do and advised me to go to the emergency room if it did not clear, which it did. I'm diabetic, so feet problems can become MAJOR problems is left untreated.

I would l put more wayfinding signage around the Patewood campus. Or, provide instructions via email prior to appointment about getting to whichever building you are going to.

It took several months to get an appointment, but every specialist at Prisma is taking several months. I'm still waiting for Someone to call me from neurology, I have the referral in but yet to even get a call to get on schedule, I'm sure when I do the appointment will be next year!

I had to tell the doctor what procedure he was post to do, I thought he was post to be the one who told me what procedure and treatments was needed. He was rude and acted like he didn't even want to touch my feet.

It took four years going back-and-forth to the doctors taking unnecessary medicine, wasting my money in the hospital money when I asked to see a professional in the beginning. The doctor walked in play with my feet had me to stand up walk knew exactly what the problem was and exactly where the pain area was and told me exactly what to do with no problem! Not fully recovered considerably and I just went but it's a day later and I woke up feeling better than I have in the last four years I could actually walk without stumbling over things because he wrapped my foot and gave me medicine that will last all day while doing my exercises that he gave me. No other doctor has took the time out to listen to me without knowing all of my history he was right on point and yes, I will recommend others as well. And in my closing, all the nurses were really respectable and down to earth knew that many other people have came in with similar situations so they were able to walk me through a lot. At this point, I am very happy with Superman and his crew, can't wait to see the outcome in the next month?????

That appointment was to schedule another one. I arrived early because I was supposed to have a medical history and had been referred. So instead of going through the proper procedure, they just gave me another appointment for a month later.My condition requires prompt attention due to pain but I was only given an appointment for a month later.

I got my boot/brace from ER and the doctor said continue wear the boot/ brace for 4 - 6 weeks or you get better.

I had standing foot xrays and the xray beam covered my whole lower leg. Something new needs to be rigged for that procedure.

It was great - they actually took me early, and even saw the doctor without a long wait. I was most impressed. The only downside was having to wait over a month for an appointment. Turned out fine, and it shows that he is definitely needed.
