Order this non substance for pain, but was denied was told to ask my primary doctor to write the prescription I was Kind of disappointed!

I was very satisfied with the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Braun. He is a very kind and knowledgeable. I was extremely nervous about my appointment, but Dr. Braun explained everything to me and I left with complete confidence that my injury was healing well.

Dr.Braun did exactly what was required He was very helpful and l felt he was more than capable to help me . All was done quickly and gently done. My nails were in terrible shape.

Had a better answer for my r-foot problem. Old age wear & rare won the day.

Nurse wore scowl on her face. Never smiled. This did not make me feel very comfortable as a first time patient. She was very cold and my first impression of the whole visit wasn't great!

I would like to see if I can get a back brace and a wrist brace.

Nurse expected me to remove bandage. Doctor forgot to remove a stitch turning it i to 3 appointments. Scheduler left me on hold 19 minutes.

Better coordination between Spartanburg office and Greer/greenville office.

Always learn something from Dr Braun. He says I'll see you in 3 months, but he booked for 4 months. From check into exit, everyone is nice.

I'm slightly handicapped. With a truck load of medical problems. The room I was in, had no way for me to call for help if I had fallen or had some other event. I suggest one of those nurse call devices you find in showers. It has a long chord that reaches the floor, ah, twer'nt long enuff. He almost got to it.

You guys did a very good job. I don't have any complaints. Sometimes with older people, you'll send us a message. It'll say, you have an upcoming appointment with Dr. Braun, but you won't tell us what type of doctor he is. You know, I don't know if he's my cardiologist or ENT, but I wish you would tell us what type of doctor and give the address. It says you always give the time, but you don't give the address of where to locate the doctor. But other than that, you guys did a really wonderful job. Thank you.

Get chairs where you can take off & put back on socks easily. A mandatory action so make it easy.

I thought everyone was both bored and went out of their way and were very professional and nice. I think they did an amazing job. I was extremely happy and I look forward, I can't believe I'm saying I look forward to a doctor's visit, but I look forward to my next visit.

Be more on time. Visit was 20 min late from appointment time.

I wish I could have been a patient for the needed surgery, however, the Physician, Dr. Braun gave me a reality check regarding my age. That is the way each day of life seems to b e these days...daily reality checks. Thank goodness, Dr. Braun does not sugar coat anything. His assessments are direct an d comprehensive.

It just did not feel like it was a productive appointment. I felt dismissed and told to do things that are not helpful, or will take months to fix when there is an easier solution. Which I have received before.

Dr. Braun was not informed that I had arrived (on time) for my appointment. After 16 minutes, I double-checked with the front desk. A few minutes later a nurse came for me. Dr. Braun had been waiting. It did seem unusually busy at the facility.

Felt like I was intruding on his day. I can't trim my nails anymore and had an ingrown toenail I got fixed myself so he said "you're not diabetic?No, I'm not. And you want your nails trimmed." Yes so I'm then informed my insurance probably won't cover the visit. Because I'm not diabetic. If I need anything to call . Not a comfortable environment.

They showed me all that during my treatment, thank you very much

Dr Braun takes care of my calluses on my feet. In order to maintain them it requires seeing him every 3 months or they grow to the point it's uncomfortable and feels like walking on a stone. Until this past visit I have been able to see him every 3 months, but at checkout this time the earliest I could see him was 4 months. This is a problem for me and I will start to have that sensation of walking on a stone before I can see him. This is a legitimate complaint that needs to be corrected.

The soonest appointment for a 2nd visit is 4 months from now although the doctor said every 2 months would be appropriate. But he also said that I could go to a regular nail salon. I felt he was dismissive and I hope I can find another person who will care for my toenails on a more regular basis.

The only way it could have been better....This MD is very good, and perhaps as a result, it is hard to get an appointment when needed. I had to wait months

Will not come back. Doctor was very unprofessional. Had no gloves on. My appointment was to do my toe and he refused and barely scraped a little skin off. Awful Awful, very mad. Paid to much for a doctor to do nothing. Will report to the better business bureau.

I waited 20 min to see the doctor. The waiting room was empty. The evaluation was short. The office sent me to an office in the same building that did not see patients for orthotics. The front desk person was on a rounding call with her boss and tried to talk to me and her boss at the same time. Not very customer friendly. Don't you all communicate from the 3rd to the Second floor?

Dr Braun does a great job!

Dr. Braun and his staff are doing everything right to provide me with care that is professional and efficient while making it clear they see me as an individual human being, not just "whoever is next".

You did a great job. We needed to be home in a timely fashion after appointment and had called the office to see if appointments were on time. We got there early and they took,us early because they aware I had called. So very thoughtful and kind. We really appreciated that!

Doctors should have read a doctor's order, did not follow.

I thought the receptionist was a little bit impersonal. She really talked like a machine rather than a person. I felt like one of the cattle was being herded in. The other issue was I came expecting to have my right toenail, ingrown toenail, extracted because Dr. Braun had looked at it three years ago but did my left foot. So I thought I was getting my right great toe done. However, he said he could only look at it and I had to schedule another appointment to come back and have the right ingrown toenail removed at a later date. That was very inconvenient and I don't understand the mechanics of that.

I can't think of anything you could do differently. I had a great experience, from parking, to reception, to the wait time, to Dr. Braun's patience, expertise, talent for explaining the issue with my foot clearly and with a depth appropriate to the level of my questions, and with the outcome of the appointment. We're fortunate to have Dr. Braun, and your facility, in our city.

I never have a nurse doing my appointments. My doctor handles everything he needs. He does it all, so awesome. There was a helper awhile back but he's a one man show.
