To listen to me. I hate that doctors type visit notes & not listen. Not to mention that the visit summary contains false information. What he told me to do in the future, he has listed I was already doing it & was good with it. They are doing to much office work & not enough paying attention!

Dr. Broker is great and always listens to me with my problems. He answers my questions and makes sure he goes over everything. His nurse is very helpful too.

Excellent visit- Dr Robert Broker treats me like he would have treated his own father!!! Dr Broker & the nurse provided excellent service! Returned my morning call with an afternoon appointment- then called to invite me to an earlier appt!!! Dr Broker was very engaged in my concerns, identified the problem as less severe than my concerns, prescribed an easy treatment for quicker recovery!!

There was a small disagreement about my appointment time . I put 10:15am in my calendar in my phone and then they said that I was late and that my appointment was at 9:00am ? I would have only put in the correct date and time when I was told it by the person who made it .

The nurse took me back to the examination room in a timely way and completed her questions and exam. It took Dr. Broker an hour to see.
