Dr. Gates and his office and staff were absolutely amazing. Up until now, I have wondered what was wrong with my kid, and now I have no questions, and we have a solution on the way to amend. There is nothing he could change. He is absolutely great.

There was just an awful lot of wait time between seeing ... or waiting for the PA to come in, then waiting for the surgeon to come in, then waiting for the nurse to come in. It was like, I saw people for five minutes, but I was there for an hour and 15. Just a lot, a lot of waiting. That could have been cut down significantly. But besides that, everything was good. Thank you.
