I thought they did great the way they are doing.

The staff was great. The doctor was amazing. I had zero issues whatsoever. I walked in. He knew my entire medical history. He listened to me the entire time I talked. You know, he offered some phenomenal solutions and I have zero complaints whatsoever. It was absolutely one of the best experiences I've had going to see a doctor. And the place was very clean and I got in and out very, very fast, which I appreciated.

I do not feel any improvement is needed at this time. Dr. Hellams and each staff member that I came in contact with consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine kindness.

Waited 45 minutes in "walk in area" because of reception people having many patient related calls that were detailed concerning procedures, insurance and paperwork. It was the first time I've ever experienced that long of timeline delays, May have been the exception, certainly not the norm.

The facility is always clean and sterile. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. Dr. Hellams is like a good family friend with his charming personality and ready smile. He takes his time and handles questions with genuine concern. When he walks into the room, flashing a big smile and a gracious welcome, we feel like we've known him all our lives. His friendly demeanor and empathy is the quintessential example of the term, good bedside manner.

Dr. Hellams is awesome. The nurse he had at My my visit was wonderful. Need to keep her. That is my only fault with personal Fountain Inn. Dr. Hellams does not have a full-time nurse and he deserves one. He is the best I will go wherever he goes if he ever leaves because without him, I don't think Fountain imprisonment would be doing as well.. thank you

Yes, I have no trouble with the healthcare there, Dr. Hellams. He's a good doctor. All the nurses are very nice, and they're also beautiful nurses. I love to go there. I'm treated with good respect.

Maybe more of a physical exam rather than just BP by the nurse and the doc listening to my heart. I'm use to the doc feeling my neck for enlarged lymph nodes, Throat, ears, ankles for swelling, etc. Both nurse and doc had read my chart prior to seeing me for the first time and were well aware of my health history. Kudos to them! New state, new doc, I'll adjust. Doc gave me referrals to a dentist, cardiologist, and a CT scan. All have contacted me. Good experience.

I didn't have any issues with trust or respect. They went out of their way to, and I trusted them completely.

Everything went well. No negative thoughts or anything negative at all.

Dr. Hellams nurse could have been a little bit more up forward with how she treated me. I felt very disrespected and just shoved out the door. Even when I asked questions, she just seemed very dismissive and I had to call back twice to get my medication. That's it.

Each staff member I encountered was very professional and treated me with kindness and respect so there is nothing to improve.

Well, first, my insurance, they took forever to confirm that. Second, my doctor changed my meds and didn't tell me what he was changing me to, and I had to wait all day and call multiple times to get an answer. And then I had questions about the lowering dosage in my thyroid medication, and I had to speak with a different doctor and nurse because no one could seem to answer my questions.

Always superb service no complaints

I am a little concerned because I wasn't given a blood test with my annual check up. My old doctor would give a more extensive examination and always an annual blood test.

I have always liked Dr Hellams but I think he didn't understand the pain I was at . LI can't set down toilet or get up without horrible pain . The shot barely got me out of office and home couldn't sleep because of the pain . I am wore out. Seems like it takes forever to get any help from health care .

Everything was exceptional.

Prisma insurance should go over medication that our provider. My provider worried about my health he tried to prescribe me for my sleep apnea medication and also can help weight loss and also will help for my asthma if I get to lose weight, but our insurance will not cover sit bound, and this is approved by FDA for sleep apnea.

I requested a referral to a dermatologist through My Chart but was told I had to come in for an appointment for that referral. Dr. Hellams told me he would have done this without me having to come in for an appointment. It would have been more convenient and cost effective if I would not have had to come into the office for a simple referral.

I have no criticism of this location or the absolutely wonderful people we interacted with. The team at this location are the model for best in class.

I did not recognize any thing that needed improvement. I'm a retired nurse of 35+ years so am well aware of how the facility & all employees should be. With each visit I am impressed with the professionalism, courteous, friendly staff and their attention to detail. So thank you for a job well done!

Everything was great except the long wait hon that uncomfortable bed waiting for a room 4 hours. But the care was excellent
