This was such a trustworthy and respectful experience. There's nothing you could do to make it better. I would like to change my first response on getting an appointment. I thought three was a positive yes, but it should be number four, definitely. Thank you.

Can't think of anything. Dr Heck knowledgeable about my medical record and listened carefully and gave me good advise and options. He seems like he really cares and said to call anytime with questions or problems. I always tell him the truth about everything and he understands my problems and Conditions and really wants to help me. I've not had many doctors that really care. He does and I appreciate having him as my doctor.

Everything was great. No problems or issues.

I was treated very well. Dr Heck asked several questions and took notes. We discussed pre-exam test results and he scheduled a mid-year testing for cholesterol to see if there's a change. He answered my prepared questions to my satisfaction.

The entire experience was professional, caring and timely to address my concerns. Dr. Heck was amazing.

I was a little upset that I had to wait in the exam room for 25 minutes before the Dr finally came in.
