Robert Ryan Heck, DO

Can't think of anything. Dr Heck knowledgeable about my medical record and listened carefully and gave me good advise and options. He seems like he really cares and said to call anytime with questions or problems. I always tell him the truth about everything and he understands my problems and Conditions and really wants to help me. I've not had many doctors that really care. He does and I appreciate having him as my doctor.

Everything was great. No problems or issues.

I was treated very well. Dr Heck asked several questions and took notes. We discussed pre-exam test results and he scheduled a mid-year testing for cholesterol to see if there's a change. He answered my prepared questions to my satisfaction.

The entire experience was professional, caring and timely to address my concerns. Dr. Heck was amazing.

I had a simple check up, not a much effort required. visit went well.

It was my first time at the office. It was an excellent experience.

Check my throat, ears. due to sore throat and ear aches which I mention to nurse. Did not get any medicine for anything, but some sinus rinse. Sad but true. Waste of time and money.

Everything was fine, staff was friendly and professional. Doctor Heck took time to listen and work with us as his new patients.

All providers should be briefed on the costs of med or treatments that they recommend. Our Dr is pretty good, but some don't have a clue that they are about to throw their patient into financial chaos and long term debt.
